Stayed here on our way from Isle Royale to Mackinaw Island. I would rate this resort a 12+ out of a possible 10! Quaint, clean and comfortable! We stayed in Cabin #3-a very short walk to the sandy beach where beach chairs await you. Water is clear, clean and refreshingly cold. Each unit has it's own fire pit; BBQ grills... More

The cabins were spotless, very comfortable, well designed, and updated (cabin 1 and 2 are rustic but still nice). For the price you pay, this is a steal! It has a small beach open to guests but we didn't spend any time there as were going to the larger beaches in the area. It was still relaxing to hear/see the... More

We stayed in cabin #6 on a trip to Pictured Rocks. The cabin was spotless, and fit 3 adults fine. Nice quiet setting on Lake Superior. Close to all restaurants and sights. Be sure to check out the Duck Pond restaurant/bar too!

My husband and I stayed in Cabin #8 over Memorial Day Weekend and were very happy with the cabin. This is a two room cabin; the cabin was spotlessly clean - a huge deal for me, well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen has a small sized refrigerator (14 cu. ft?) and a small... More

Sorry you had a problem with the cable. As we clean we turn on the Televisions to make sure they work but sometimes the cable boxes reset. Sorry. So glad you were happy with the cabin. We work hard on cleaning and making our guest comfortable. Thank you. Rick and Terry More

Not your typical cabin. Updated very well with new frig and other kitchen appliances. Cabin 8 had walls painted a green with new carpet, two recliners, table. They allow pets for minimal charge. Had one of best nights sleep in the comfortable beds. Two steps from bed for the clean roomy bathroom. Outstanding place to stay.

Our 4 night stay at Yule Log Resort was absolutely wonderful. Our cottage was charming, clean and comfortable. They also had wi-fi and large screen tv with many cable channels. We were right on Lake Superior with a nice sandy beach.

We were traveling around looking for a place to stay--they had one cabin available, extremely reasonable rates and we LOVED the cabin. We stayed one night, comfortable bed, good shower. We'll go back!

We decided to go this direction over a traditional style hotel for something a bit different and were glad we did! The location was ideal for a weekend of kayaking and exploring. The cabin we had, #6 must have been recently remodeled. The 2 bedroom cabin accommodated a blow up mattress for our 5th person. The access to the water... More

Stayed for a week in cabin #2 right on the lake. Even if you're only traveling as a couple, we highly recommend the 2-brm cabin for its space, amenities and view. The cabin was comfortable and well appointed, and we fell asleep to the sound of waves every night. We would definitely stay again if we visit Christmas in future.... More
