Stayed at The Maldron on Saturday night with my family. I was running in the Wexford Half Marathon on the Sunday. Amazing swimming pool with great shower facilities/changing room. Very clean. The room was great. The staff say hello as you walk past. We were asked 3 times if were being served when we went for dinner in the bar...

Location is good. Rooms fine and clean but very basic, leisure centre best feature of this hotel. Food very poor hot breakfast buffet was cold. Bar area very small for amount of people in hotel. Found public areas very unkept staff friendly but appeared under pressure with poor professional skill, food everywhere on floors. Wouldn't be returning in a hurry.

Just returned from a nice family break @ maldron Wexford. This was our 3rd Easter break there in a row with our now 7 year old. It's a great set up for kids with their own check in at reception and dedicated kids club. Staff are excellent and really make both parents and children feel welcome. Room was nice ,big...

Stayed for 2 nights with kids. Location is great, close to rosslare and lots of amenities. Hotel is nice with good parking. Rooms clean and staff for the most part were great. Only let down we found was the food. Bar menus definitely better than the restaurants but neither hectic...playground and leisure centre were a big hit!

Good value average hotel on the outskirts of Wexford town. Not great mattresses - my back wouldn't put up with such a poor mattress for more than a couple of nights. Minimal facilities in the rooms - small bathrooms but loads for circulation space for families. Excellent playground and leisure centre onsite to keep the children occupied. Saturday night was...

Booked into the Maldron, efficient check in and very nice girl on reception. The room was clean and functional. But I found the bed to be very small. We are used to a king size bed. But perhaps we should have enquired about a bigger one. That is our own fault. We ate in the bar the first evening and...

We stayed here while on our way to Wales. The room was very clean and the bathroom was clean also. The bed was nice and comfortable. The food was not too bad and the staff were friendly. There is ample car parking facilities.

I recently booked a nights stay with this hotel. On arrival the recptionist advised that there was no booking for me. We discovered that they had booked me on for the following month, their error. Although disappointed I asked what other rooms were available to which the response was "We are fully booked and you will find it hard to...

To be fair this hotel is ideal for families, but we booked it for a place to stay after travelling non stop for 18 hours. In this respect it is entirely unsuitable; the hotel is very popular with young families and all the public spaces are rather noisy and crowded. The bedroom itself is well equipped and very spacious. However,...
