This is the first time we stayed at a B&B. We slept in the willow room on the first floor with easy access to the patio. Our family vacations in Central Lake every summer. We decided to get a room primarily for the bed and shower. We spent our days at the lake. The room was comfortable and very clean. We didnt meet Tom because we got up to early but Janet was a delight. We wish we could have participated in breakfast. The other guests we met were wonderful too. Dont hestitate a minute and book a room! The location is blocks from downtown and Intermediate Lake.

From the moment we saw this wonderful B&B we felt like family. Tom & Janet welcomed us with a swing on the front porch, cookies and drinks, made us feel at home. This was our first time traveling to Northern Michigan, a quick stop on the way to Mackinac, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Clean and comfortable with an awesome breakfast before our journey upward. Thank you for your kindness and conversations, we will be back for sure. Highly recommend Bridgewalk!!!

Very nice place to stay - very clean and nicely maintained, great inn-keepers, very good food, peaceful grounds and close to town to see the sights (OK, not much to see in Central Lake, but it is a very nice place). I would stay there again.

We stayed for two nights in July 2015 and had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful - historic but very well kept. We stayed in the garden suite which has recently been renovated. The queen bed was very comfortable. There was a cute claw foot tub and separate shower. Breakfast each morning was delicious (quiche, fruit, bacon, etc). The home is conveniently close to Torch Lake and Bellaire. Also, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again someday!

My husband and I just returned from spending three nights at the bridge walk B&B and really enjoyed our stay. It is in a home that was built in the 1800's and is very nicely restored and decorated. We stayed in the garden room and it was quite spacious and decorated very nicely and the room was very quiet and clean.
Janet and Tom that run it were very nice friendly people. They were were very good at getting you whatever you needed and were more than willing to help you out with things we wanted to see and do. Giving us suggestions and directions... The B&B is very centrally located to things to do and see around the area.including traverse city, Charlevoix, Petosky, torch lake, Bellaire and so much more.
We hiked in the Jordan river valley and that was very close.
Tom was very knowledgeable about the area and a pleasure to talk to as well as Janet .
And the breakfasts were just delicious every morning. We really loved them all.
We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area And we highly recommend the B&B.

I could not have enjoyed my stay more. Great location central to Charlevoix/Harbor Springs and Traverse City. Fantastic golf all around AND perhaps the most beautiful lake in the world - Torch Lake. The home is beautiful (historic but ultra-clean), Janet and Tom were fantastic hosts, and breakfast was perfect. We will be back soon.

Loved our stay with Tom and Janet at their B&B. This old house has been restored and decorated beautifully. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Super clean. Tom knows the area well and told of places we might enjoy. Janet's breakfast was delicious. They visited with us when we first arrived and then let us do our own thing. We were the only guest so they sat and visited with us as we ate breakfast. Loved talking to them. Would stay again. Loved the village of Central Lake, quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful, clean house. Gracious hosts. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance to restaurants and shops....

Ours was a last minute trip and we were lucky to find a room available at Bridgewalk B&B. This will be our first choice place to stay for future trips.

Hosts Janet and Tom were friendly and accommodating from from the time we first called to inquire about availability. Janet quickly adapted her delicious breakfast offerings to our dietary needs. Yum!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The decor was creative and classy and overall it was a peaceful place to rest during our busy weekend.

Great recommendations for places to eat and where to go in the area.
