I have stayed at the Boyne City Motel for years during the ski season. It is an older property but has recently been redecorated. Most of the rooms are smaller, somewhat crowded with the furniture, and with tiny bathrooms, but there are some rooms that are more spacious. It is…
Nice motel that is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. We easily walked to a number of restaurants. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only thing was the boiler heat. It was very cold out and our room was very warm even after adjusting the…
Searched for a close place to stay to avoid the steep fees at Boyne Resort and Boyne City Motel fit the bill. The double queen room slept our 14 yr old, 9 yr old my self and my wife, with a spot for our pack and play for the two year old and all of our snowboard gear reasonably…
This is the second time I and my friends stayed here. Quiet, very clean and a 2 block walk into downtown Boyne City. This reminds me of my favourite places to stay, the non-corporate "Motor Court" style of Motel. Bill and Anika are very nice folks.
We stayed 2 nights 10-11 and 10-12 2018. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very firm if that’s what you’re looking for. Almost instant hot water. Very good location for walking all over town. Decent price compared to the big chains. I would stay again.
"It's all very quiet and for accessibility, the ground fllor room are the best, right off the parking lot."
"We had room 1 the queen suite. Roomier than I thought it would be. Nice couch turns into a sleeper with an air mattress."
"I liked being on the ground level for ease of moving the luggage."
"Stairs to upper rooms are outside and are metal. Single queen bed rooms are spacious."
"Rooms right behind the office on the side street might have a bit of noise. The other sections are very quiet."
