Although hesitant to book, as this would have been my first time staying in a bed and breakfast, I was not disappointed! My wife and I had absolutely zero complaints. The house is so beautifully restored and astonishingly clean. We felt as if we were sleeping in a museum! The owners are very kind and sweet.

We stayed 2 nights. Belleaire is a very quiet town. The Grand Victorian would well serve guests who want to cycle or canoe. Inn owners are extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good though the second morning meal was not to my taste. (No choices are offered.) The Inn was very clean though I had to stop short putting my hat on an upper shelf because of the dust. The Inn is a beautiful Victorian and very well preserved. That said, the garden and porch need work I'm not a big fan of AirBnb's or BnBs (yes, I prefer a sterile newer hotel), but I would consider staying here again at a lower price than I paid

The place is run by new owners. We toured the house awhile back and the house landscaping and flowers were gorgeous. The old owners were very friendly and the house was well maintained. After driving four hours we arrived there at 2:15 PM. Checkin time is 3 p.m. I needed to use the restroom and they refused to let us in. The steps need repair, weeds and no flowers, fireplaces in two rooms don't work. However, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, breakfast was acceptable. I would not recommend this to a friend.

Outstandingly cared for home with impeccably clean accommodations. Lovely breakfast served by the owners in the morning, along with some interesting facts about the history of the home. Each of the rooms has beautiful antique furniture and woodwork, lovingly cared for. Walking distance to restaurants and shops and next to a park. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know heading to this part of Michigan!

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for 2 nights. One night in the blossom Room and 1 night in the Queen Anne Room. The owners and innkeepers were completely flexible and hospitable. Water and a selection of pop was left in a frigerator for our convenience along with coffee in the morning set out and ready for us as we began our day. Breakfast was served with smiles and very polite offerings. The owners knew much of the history and was willing to share that information along with getting to know us as guests. We would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others. It was a wonderful experience!
