The Inn at Breezy Hill Farm, formerly Bellaire B+B, is a charming boutique inn tucked away on over two tree-lined acres. We are centrally located to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Elk Rapids and of course Torch Lake, if sight seeing is on your agenda. We are close to a handful of biking and hiking trails, lakes and rivers if outdoor fun is your jam. If you are feeling the need to relax, we invite you to stroll our grounds to enjoy the gardens. Find a corner to have a glass of wine. Tell the chickens and goats your deepest secrets and wishes. They're great listeners! Or lay in the porch swing and ponder the meaning of life.

My husband and I stayed for two nights for our anniversary. The Inn was beautiful, even in the winter! Holly was a wonderful host, breakfast was PHENOMENAL! The grounds are beautiful, and all the animals an added touch. Our room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Highly recommend! Hope to return in the summer season.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bellaire B&B. Holly is very sweet and had no problem accommodating food allergies. Our room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again. If you are thinking about staying at a B&B in the Bellaire area this is the one to stay at, you won’t regret it.

A great few days at this lovely bed and breakfast. Our Tuscany Suite was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were delicious and Holly was a great host with a definite sense of fun. A lovely location, away from the hustle and bustle of town but only a few minutes walk to the great restaurants and shops.

I love bed and breakfasts and this was only the fourth one I’ve stayed at. This was by far the best. Our room was cozy and beautiful. The whole inn is very cozy and beautiful actually. It’s very peaceful and welcoming. Holly is such an awesome hostess and she makes the most out of this world delicious breakfasts. We were celebrating our anniversary and Holly surprised us with a bottle of champagne. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed in the Garden Suite while my Brother and his wife stayed in the Eastlake Suite. Both rooms were beautiful but I would highly recommend the Eastlake Suite with it's balcony that seats four with a beautiful view of the expansive front lawn. We drank wine and enjoyed the charcuterie tray we ordered in the evening from the balcony (perfect)! This was a meaningful trip for my brother and I because this is the home built by our great Grandfather and Great Grandmother; William Jerome Nixon (1850-1932) and Emma Louisa Agnes Richardi Nixon. Our Grandmother Lenore Nixon Johnson was raised there with her 4 sisters and one brother. The home has been kept immaculate and is beautiful inside and out. Holly the proprietor, was gracious, warm and made a wonderful breakfast. Complimentary wine was available when we checked in, and hot tea and coffee all day. It was a fantastic location in Bellaire, a short walk to town where there are great choices for dinner, drinks or delicious treats. Thanks Holly for sharing your home with us, we had a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay, it was like staying at grandma’s house! Holly was warm and friendly, and she prepared a wonderful breakfast. The home is in excellent shape and our room was very comfortable. It is a short walk to restaurants & shops in “downtown” Bellaire. Recommend very highly.

I recommend EVERYTHING about Bellaire B&B! Especially, breakfast, Holli, the rooms, the wine, the inn, the location, and the beautiful area. 500 stars! Her breakfasts are Food Network worthy and the inn itself is beautiful. Expansive grounds for relaxing are a plus!

Wonderful place to stay and everyone I met was helpful and kind. Now I understand why it's my mom's favorite place to stay up there. The breakfast was unlike anything I've had. It was absolutely delicious!

My husband and I enjoyed an overnight stay at this beautiful B & B on our way to Mackinac Island. The house is quite grand and situated on a lovely estate with a majestic tree-lined driveway. We stayed in the Mackinac Suite (we stayed with the theme of the trip) and it was spacious and clean. The Mackinac Suite is located in the carriage house which is only a few steps from the main house. Holly has put great thought and effort into making guests comfortable. Extra towels and an extra blanket are provided in the room. She's even thought to provide a container under the sink of possible "necessities" such as a tooth brush or band-aids for travelers who may have forgotten something from home. In the main house there are complimentary snacks, coffee, tea or wine. Breakfasts are in the main house and there are separate tables for 2 to 6 people. Nice for "non-morning" people who want may not want to socialize at a common table. Holly has 2 precious dogs...we enjoyed having Maggie sit by our table making "puppy eyes" at us for scraps of food. We very recently lost our little dog so having Maggie sit at our feet during breakfast while we snuck her bits of bacon made our hearts smile. Nothing gets by Holly...she saw me sneak her the food! LOL! It made our morning as much as the delicious food that Holly made that day. Our stay was a short but sweet one and we will definitely be back.

This was a great B&B experience in the time of COVID. The B&B was absolutely beautiful, well maintained, clean, and spacious. Stayed in the cottage rooms - bathroom was clean, shower was great. The room was spacious, appointed with fun things to look at. King size bed was decent - pillows were a little too hard, but everyone has their own preference. Breakfast every morning was amazing and filling!!! The grounds were nice - chickens to go visit, deer out the windows. The other great part is how close this is to the town of Bellaire - about a 5 minute walk down the road and you are at several restaurants, bars, and shops. There's also a great park to explore about 2 minutes from the property. Would definitely recommend for a northern michicagn stay - about 1 hour from Traverse City and 1:30 from Mackinac City.
