The Inn's location is perfect and the quaint town of Yarmouth Port is very receptive to a walk-about with a lot to see. Paul and Corina are the perfect hosts and love their calling in life. The Inn is gorgeous, the rooms very roomy and comfortable and tastefully modernized. The breakfasts were artistic, filling and scrumptious! Yes, we will be...

Carina and Paul are great host with all the information you will need for a fabulous stay. Paul makes a great breakfast and the worlds best muffins. You feel more like you are visiting friends than staying at a B & B. They can point you to some of the better places to eat according to your taste. This is an...

Thanks so much for your review!! We are so happy you returned to stay here and Paul's muffins were as good as you remembered! The Windsor suite is a guest favorite, being on the first (ground) floor with views over our shade garden where we are now serving breakfast (weather permitting). We look forward to seeing you again soon!

We recently stayed at The Kings Inne and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our hosts, Carina & Paul were so friendly and helpful. Carina assisted us with recommendations for sightseeing and she is a real foodie so gave us great suggestions for dinner, including making reservations for us. Paul's culinary skills were superb so we never left the breakfast table without...

Don't just read this review to believe, stay there and experience for yourself. From the moment we arrived you sensed the pride the owners take in their property. They opened their Inn to us and we truly felt as if we were staying with our close family. There was nothing that Paul and Carina wouldn't do to ensure we experienced...

We stayed at the Kings Inne for four nights during our first visit to Cape Cod. While the location is not the best if one wants to do the outer cape, this is more than compensated for by being in a quiet residential location away from the main tourist centres. We found it a fantastic Inn to stay in. The...

We stayed here in Sept. of 2014 for 4 nights and loved it. It has many good things to say about it, but one of the best is its small size, only 3 rooms. You're always a special guest and you feel Carina's efforts to make your stay special. Paul's breakfasts are reason enough to stay here - on the...

Hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located, comfortable room/suite and an excellent breakfast, all at a reasonable price. Grounds are impeccable and common areas are well-appointed. Ask to see their renovation across the street. Impressive!

This was our second stay in Yarmouth Port, and our first stay in the King's Inne. We had really enjoyed our previous stay at another B&B and initially attempted to stay there this time (it was full). As great as the first one was, we'll probably never go back there, as the King's Inne has supplanted it as our favorite....
