Very small room but as advertised for the relatively low price. Late night arrival presented some communication problems about entering the hotel. There is noise from Logan Airport flight path. Nonetheless the staff is pleasant, the Inn is attractive, and it proves to be a good choice if you are flying out of Logan in the early AM as we were.
Needed a place to stay for a night between flights. This place was perfect . We had a great nights sleep. Yes the planes take off over this inn but I enjoy watching them and the windows made it so we did not hear them . Loved the shared kitchen .
Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel We booked on the internet & were not disappointed when we arrived on a wet cold October evening. A really well decorated, cosy hotel. My room was not overly large but had all the amenities you would need & it was spotless. Although there are no coffee making facilities in the room there is a well equipped kitchen with everything you would need. There’s a couple downside that may annoy some guest although I wasn’t overly bothered. The hotel is only 2 miles from a very busy Logan airport & on its flight path but the double glazing is good !! & there’s no lifts. There’s places to eat round & about & public transport is good. Sorry we only stayed for a couple of nights would love to have been there for longer & in better weather.
We chose this hotel for a 1 night stay because it is close to the airport and the cost was rather less than the shockingly high prices of downtown Boston hotels, but actually this is a lot more than a mere ‘airport ’ hotel. The directions on the hotel’s website were very precise. The hotel looks bright and newly renovated, with the feel of a British hotel more than a US ‘motel’ style. We had a room with an excellent balcony with great views over the nice little harbour, downtown and the airport runway. The room was spotlessly clean, very bright with a comfortable bed. There is some airport noise, but the planes do not fly overhead and the noise is less than you’d get at a hotel near an Interstate. The room does not have a fridge, coffee making facilities or microwave, but the common kitchen is large and has everything you need. There are options for getting into Boston itself, so we’d seriously consider this hotel for a longer stay in Boston as well as just accessing the airport.…
What a wonderful place away from the hectic city! After our flight from SoCal we wanted to rest and have a quiet evening and our experience at the Inn at Crystal Cove hit the spot. It’s only 20 minute away from the airport. They have parking on site. There is a wonderful gathering area and a full kitchen for guest to use. The great gal who checked us in gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat, which were in walking distance. The rooms were on the small size but so clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. I highly recommend the Inn at Crystal Cove.
