Spent 4 nights at the family-run motel while visiting Williams College for a major sporting event. While others were paying $300-$400 per night to stay at brand name hotels locally, we paid $55 per night at the Cozy Corner for similar rooms. The motel is a a bit dated but the service was impeccable and owners are incredibly friendly. Flat screen with HBO, mini-fridge, coffee maker, nice breakfast from 8-10am Great great value in a pricy market.

We were excited to stay here since it was a good price and had a lot of 5 star reviews. You have to realize that this is a Motel. The breakfast was nothing special. It was clean but the bagels were soggy and it just had your average run of the mill breakfast. Cold hard boiled eggs, instant cereal, cereal and a a waffle making machine. You also had juices, coffee and a selection of tea. The owners are super nice and they will bend over backwards for you but after a while, you just get tired of asking for stuff. Why they only have one blanket on the bed in the winter or only one set of towels for each person, or no iron in the room, are some of the issues that we lacking in the hotel. No one really mans the breakfast so if you get there late you will have to, again, ask for more coffee and other amenities. The worst situation was, taking a nap in the bed in the afternoon, and have the hotel staff open the door to settle another guest in our room in error. Another guest had booked a queen room but it ended up being a room with two singles. The staff person went on speaker phone, and we could hear the owner telling everyone that the room was originally a single and he was not going to change the reservation. As I have said, the family running the hotel was super sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and when we got back in the afternoon our room was cleaned and the beds were made, which is always a plus. I went back and forth trying to decide if i should give it a 3 star or 2 star review. I decided with the 2 star review. I would definitely not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Hotel staff shouldn't be showing your room to other guest as you try and relax, that is an unforgivable error.

Here we assuring from your concern and take lesion for us ! however we would have rectifying few of your concern that you would aware before you reserved the room like …. continental breakfast what come it's ,yes we do have iron board services on premises . you would have to just one services call from your room phone @ desk . again I have to say we believing service ! what you show reviews all we care ! we believing you can not make happy everyone but you can learn to make how to make them happy .
