Lovely inn in the Berkshires on 7 near Williamstown, it's a family tradition to stay here for 18 years now while we explore the Berkshires. Charming layout, A brook runs through the property, which sits off a forest, there's complimentary breakfast with homemade waffle mix and usual breads, fruits, yogurt, cereal and some hard-boiled eggs offered up, televisions have ROKU on them. Best news is new owners took over a year ago and are making mild but welcome changes. The gentleman who is running the locale, Joseph, is chill and helpful, The pool is actually heated now (never was until last year, despite being advertised as such), they put a volleyball net up in a corner, there's a bocce ball court, but none of it has sublimated the quiet charm of the location. It's not fancy, but it's always been pleasant and looks like they're investing in keeping it that way.…
stay here in July, very comfortable rooms clean , breakfast was great fresh fruit etc. Joseph the manager was a delight . very personable. They have a pool and fire pit. all in all very nice . will be back
Just a delightful stay. Good location, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast in a sunny room with outdoor deck. Small but pleasant inn-like lounge with books and games. Swimming pool was in a pretty woodland setting. The owner is friendly; we thank him for his tips on area sights and restaurants(there are many good ones!). We hope to return. Miriam (MimiRC)
This scenery was really beautiful and the staff were very pleasant. The rooms and hotel in general were very nice. They have a lovely pool and volleyball court along with a creek. The food was nice too for breakfast you can make your own waffles or there is cereal or bagels or any of those things. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!! Would go again and I recommend to families who want to go and enjoy a peaceful weekend in Berkshire. Downtown is very nice and is a super short drive.
This small woodland motel came with a good breakfast buffet and the breakfast area was a nice place to meet up with other members in our group. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and attractive.
Stayed here in Feb, Clean, comfortable and charming, brooks running through the property. Joe was very helpful with an issue we had and offered to takes us to our destination. Will most likely come back in the summer
This place was quite a surprise to us. We love the motel type place and this was very quaint. It was pretty cold out and damp. In October, but there was no doubt while we walked around how super cute this would be in the prime of Spring or Summer. The manager was so nice. The sitting area was very cozy. Our room was so clean and comfortable. This is an older facility but for sure nothing to complain about!
We happened upon this wonderful place while seeking accommodations in Berkshire for an extended stay. Joe was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our visit. He was welcoming and attentive to our requests, just cannot say enough great things about his good nature! So lucky to have found a place where our pup could stay too. Thanks Joe!
We ended up stayed for a few days. We were able to bring our dog which was amazing. Rooms were beautiful and clean. The manager was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely going back again.
Stay Berkshires Is a quaint motel, nestled in the trees and next to a babbling brook! Our room was cozy (aka small for 2 queens) it you aren’t going spend much time in your room. They offer Bocce ball, sitting by the brook, general fireplace and the area has many beautiful hiking trails!! The room itself was very clean and the owner was outstanding! A good nights sleep on great beds. It’s a wonderful destination for honeymooners, anniversaries or a quiet get away!!
