Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend. It was full of families, so it was a bit noisy at times with kids running around, but all nice families our kids enjoyed playing with in the pool. The indoor heated pool was a big hit with our kids. The pool area was comfortable and clean. The facilities have been updated and done well. The biggest drawback was that we were in a pet-friendly room, which had hard floors. There was no vent fan in the bathroom, so the floors in the entire room had condensation on them after someone showered and became slippery. My boys liked the mini-golf course, but it could use some TLC. The biggest perk was tickets for the Cape Cod Inflatable Park were included with our booking. All 4 of us got wristbands for both the inflatables and the challenge course, which everyone really enjoyed.

The hotel is located on the route 28 West Yarmouth and only a couple of miles from Cape Cod. The area has shops, and places to eat. Next door is a seven eleven and across the road a convenient store. The facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately the later one was already closed. I supposed it was because it was September (2018) but the weather was so hot I wondered if they could waited a bit more to close that pool. Anyway there is decent size indoor heated pool and a hot tub so it wasn’t a problem at all, but it could have been nice to lounge outside and acquire a nice tan. The owner or manager is very friendly and has a lot of knowledge of the local areas and places to visit. The rooms are newly refurbished and have 2 king size beds a nice size TV and a fridge and microwave. The only missing thing that will make this place perfect would be to have a coffee machine in the rooms. Coffee can be obtained only in the morning in reception., and although the 7 /11 is next door if you fancy a coffee in the middle of the night you have to go out. I really enjoy my stay there and the place is very nice just I would like to ask the management if they are reading this review to easy off with the chlorine in the indoor pool. I had a brand new navy blue swimming costume and only after an hour in the pool it became cornflower blue. Not a big deal for me because I was using goggles but that amount of chemicals may irritate people eyes. Just a thought anyway. Great stay, free parking, good value for money I will definitely go back.

A group of 102 senior citizens stayed at the motor lodge for 3 nights. Harold, the manager was so accommodating. He was willing to help us in any way. It was extremely clean and well kept. Large rooms which had been updated. Cozy, clean and safe!! I’d love to go back without my 101 friends. It was great

They have indeed remodeled recently. They did a decent but not excellent job. There are things that need to be done to add detail to complete it.Lots of trim missing etc. The side we stayed on had the grills on it and was covered by white rock. All along the fence were supplies from the remodel just sitting there. I actually looked for a rake to start cleaning it's like they are almost there but they are just short of it. We stayed in a room two doors down of a family who left their dog in the room the entire day. The hotel allows animals but its not fair to them or to others to have to listen to them cry and whimper the entire time because their owners have left them in a strange place. This should be communicated with them at check in. We had to ask for bean bags for the corn hole game as there was only one there. The pool area needs some attention to cleanliness. Our room however was clean and we didn't ask for service while we were there. Spoke to one of the chamber maids and she was pleasant and nice and helpful. I appreciate that the heat/air was in great working condition, sometimes you never know.

Spacious room, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, willing to offer suggestions about restaurants and attractions in the area, a good starting point to explore the Cape. Highly recommended for families with kids.
