Large outdoor pool, walk to ocean beach, shops, restaurants, and family fun! Come and enjoy our slower pace, so relaxing, so peaceful, so quiet, so simple..... Our adorable Inn is family owned and operated. Our spotless rooms are reminiscent of "Olde Cape Cod": wallpaper, wainscoting, charming touches. All of our rooms are non-smoking. In our ground level inn, all our rooms overlook our sparkling oversized pool, where you can relax poolside on our lounge chairs and feel the gentle breezes. We have been staying at A Beach Breeze Inn for several years and love it! Owners Pam and Steve go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treat us like family. The Inn is a great place for everyone. Very clean and spacious rooms. A short walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Centrally located on the Cape allowing you to go anywhere in no time at all. We just returned from the Cape last week and noticed not many motels were open due to covid but we would highly recommend you go NOW and stay at A Beach Breeze Inn! No crowds, great food everywhere, beautiful beaches and a fabulous place to call home!!

My GF and I were travelling from Maine to Cape Cod and realized that we forgot to book one nights stay on our trip. We frantically searched TripAdvisor and the Beach Breeze Inn popped up with an extremely good rating. So I placed a call and found that we were able to get a room with two queen beds at an extremely affordable rate. We were given special instructions to find the Inn because some GPS fail to find the location. But we find the Inn and checked in. The owners were truly a delightful couple and all was explained to us. Our rooms was quite nice. Spacious with plenty of dressers and a convenient table and chairs to sit at. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom while small was more than adequate to our needs, as long as we took turns. LOL. This Inn was what I would call Library quiet. There was a gorgeous pool out front but we really weren't prepared for a swim. Rather we spent our day shopping in Chatham which is one of our MOST Favorite towns on all of the Cape. We really liked our experience at the Beach Breeze Inn and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Our thanks to the owners for making this a delightful stay.

This is such an adorable place walking distance to Pleasant Road Beach. Was looking for a relatively last minute booking for 4th of July weekend and am lucky to have found this place. Pam is very sweet and the room and grounds are kept spotless. The included breakfast of homemade breads and muffins is small, but absolutely delicious. I think the only drawbacks are the pool and grill hours (10a-7p) as we would have liked to swim and maybe grill later in the evening. Also any children under 18 must be supervised while swimming, which can be a tough sell for older teens. This may be the norm in the cape...I don't know, but it would not prevent me from staying again. While Pleasant Road Beach was not my favorite (may have been more enjoyable without the holiday crowd) the location is fantastic as you are very central to all other popular spots. Thank you for a great family getaway!

My wife & I have been coming here for 5 years or so, having tried more traditional Inns & B & B's on Cape Cod. The one gem that stands out about A Beach Breeze Inn is the hospitality shown their valued guests by Pam & Steve!!! From the reservation call, to the sign in, to the wonderful fresh baked offerings & coffee, tea, hot chocolate, & juice waiting for you in the morning - everything about this wonderful jewel of an Inn speaks hospitality in any language! The fact that it is clean, extremely well kept up, offers nice comfortable spacious & clean rooms and impeccable housekeeping service - all for a reasonable price, keeps us coming back year after year! Pam & Steve treat you like family! The fact that is has a great little "Lemon" Beagle,Lucy, is just icing on the cake!!! Did I forget to mention the immaculately maintained pool and the dedicated hard working handyman who cares for the pool & grounds? What are you waiting for??? How many 5 star reviews do you need, to be convinced? Don't be deterred by a few cranks who will never be happy, even if they were staying at the Taj Mahal!! We all know a few of them! Remember the #1 thing you remember from a stay away from home...hospitality!!! You will find it here - in spades!!!

Old Cape charm that soothes my soul. I've been going for years and love the classic feel and the delightful inkeepers. I spent much of my youth in Harwichport and each room looks feels and smells like the real Cape.
