Large outdoor pool, walk to ocean beach, shops, restaurants, and family fun! Come and enjoy our slower pace, so relaxing, so peaceful, so quiet, so simple..... Our adorable Inn is family owned and operated. Our spotless rooms are reminiscent of "Olde Cape Cod": wallpaper, wainscoting, charming touches. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Every room has a microwave, refrigerator, cable TV and free WiFi. We have a daily continental breakfast of coffee, tea, juice and home-baked muffins or breads. In our ground level inn, all our rooms overlook our sparkling oversized pool, where you can relax poolside on our lounge chairs and feel the gentle breezes. We also have a family picnic area with a gas grill.

Nice quiet Motel with Ref in room and microwave. Both came in handy for our week stay. Pool quiet and clean. Location made it quick trip to both Hyannis and to Chatham, and Harwich is a nice small town with some great restaurants and shops. Beds comfy, bathroom clean and tidy plenty of towels. A/C worked well and a ceiling fan. Coffee /Juice and muffins in the office for Breakfast if you do not want to venture out. The owners are on premise, and friendly willing to give suggestions on places and restaurants. Beach is walking distance, or drive do a drop off of your party and park back at motel. Keep in mind as you consider accomodations you have tons of options on Cape Cod, some at a lower price, some higher with more amenities or resort type features. For myself and wife, a clean room, friendly staff, and a pool to dip our toes this accomodations fits the bill. We enjoyed our stay and plan on doing it again without a high price tag associated for accomodations. If you want the Ritz this is not it, go pay for the Ritz. If you need a room to land for sleeping and a pool to hang around on sunny day, do not hesitate. Just make sure when I want to book there is a room for me.

My family had a wonderful stay here during our first visit to Cape Cod. The owner was friendly and welcoming and truly wanted to make sure our first visit to the area was great. The room was clean and the pool was nice as well! Also, this is a great location because it's near the middle of everything so it's not a far drive to any part of the cape. Looking forward to returning!

We have been staying at A Beach Breeze Inn for several years and love it! Owners Pam and Steve go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and treat us like family. The Inn is a great place for everyone. Very clean and spacious rooms. A short walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Centrally located on the Cape allowing you to go anywhere in no time at all. We just returned from the Cape last week and noticed not many motels were open due to covid but we would highly recommend you go NOW and stay at A Beach Breeze Inn! No crowds, great food everywhere, beautiful beaches and a fabulous place to call home!!

We stayed here several nights on vacation and it was lovely. Comfortable, cozy and clean! It was a great location to visit Nantucket as well as see other parts of the cape. Very family-friendly atmosphere. We stayed here with our 4-year-old who loved her stay as well! The pool was great and clean. Mini golf is across the street with a restaurant you can walk to as well. Owners and staff were very kind and helpful. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Breeze Inn. The room was clean and spacious and appointed with anything you would need. What made it special and personal was the very friendly and helpful owners of the hotel who provided lots of information about nearby things to see, as well as complete and detailed directions on where to stop on the way to Provincetown. Coffee, tea and muffins were available all day long and you could borrow DVD’s of hundreds of movies to watch in your room if you so desired. It was a great spot!

All I can say is this place is fabulous! Pam the owner greeted us as we were family. She's so warm and welcoming. My daughters gave me a 5 day road trip to Cape Cod & on the third day we stayed at the Beach Breeze Inn. The beds were so comfortable & so were the pillows (I normally bring my own so this was a concern). She supplied a take-out breakfast which was perfect for us. Since the road trip was my birthday present I found a birtday gift for me when we returned that evening on our table. Who does that!! When we turned in our keys, she hugged each of us. What can you say, what a great place to stay!!! Number one on my list!

This was a perfect Inn for my husband and I; very quaint and decor was so Cape Cod. The bathroom was small and with a pedestal sink there was no storage for personal care supplies but we made it work. They don’t have handicap rooms but I feel EVERY bathroom should have grab bars to get into a tub/shower safely. Nice table and high back chairs in room, mini refrigerator with a small freezer area. We did bring an extension cord which helped with chargers etc. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren’t that great. We sat out in front of room as they had 2 chairs and a small table. If you like sitting out in evening I would request getting a room on the far end, not facing West
The area is close to restaurants and short drives too many areas.

We are so glad we found this place! I am very particular/picky and very rarely give 5 stars. Rooms are good size, pool is extremely clean, and they have coffee all day in the lobby. In the room, they have a mini frig/freezer, table and chairs to eat at, and two comfy arm chairs. Was offered towels for the beach along with beach chairs and was given razors since I left them ours at home. The owners are just fabulous, very friendly and you can tell they enjoy owning the Inn. Looking forward to staying with them again.

Several family members stayed here while we were in the area for a reunion. We loved the beach-themed rooms and relaxed atmosphere. Our hosts had coffee and simple breakfast fare every morning in the lobby. Rooms were clean and well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

My daughter and I were coming to the cape for a wedding and decided on staying here because of how close it was to The Wychmere. So glad we did! Really cute hotel and great owners. Everything we needed. Parking close to your room and very quiet. We loved chatting with the housekeeper Henrietta! Hope to come back soon.

Hi, Thank you for your interest in A Beach Breeze Inn. Our pool, which opens the end of May, is not heated. We do put a solar cover on each day and by July the pool temp is in the mid 80s.
Hi ! It is a 10 minute walk to a a warm-water beach on Nantucket Sound. If you have any questions, just ask Pam or Steve at the Inn....they will be more than happy to help:)
