We stayed at Barnaby Inn with a Living Social voucher the last weekend for the Inn's season October 14th-16th . Our room was large, with a decent sized bathroom. The Bed was comfortable. There was both an A/C and a thermostat for heat in the room. Joseph was a great host. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, and a great breakfast... More

Nice getaway without the hassle of traffic and crowds. September and October are very enjoyable months to visit the Cape. B&B was pleasant and convenient to many locations. WIFI and flat screen TV in room. Joseph's baking is YUMMY!

Had a 2 night stay at Barnaby Inn during the Labor day holiday (Sept 2016). I've been to the Cape a few times but mostly just a day trip since I live in Boston. This time I thought I'd stay a few nights to avoid the traffic getting in and out of the cape. I was looking for a hotel/inn... More

Joseph was a great host! The inn is quaint. Joseph says he will be updating the place too. The "continental" breakfast was delish. Parfait, bagels and each day provided a homemade surprise. My friends and I took up most of the inn so but the other guests were personable. It is a shirt car ride to the melody tent where... More

As someone who isn't a fan of B&B's, giving one 5 stars is not something I expected to do, but Barnaby Inn's innkeeper, Joseph, makes this a special super place. The main part of the quaint New England cottage was built in the 1700s. Both the exterior and the interior is well-maintained and welcoming. The decor is decidedly grandmother's cottage... More

The proprietor, Joseph, has fine tuned the art of making hotel accommodations comfortable. Little thoughtful things like the baked chocolate chip cookies, the "Continental Breakfast" that is not your typical chain motel offering, but instead offers excellent coffee, fresh cut fruit and yogurt, a hot egg based dish like quiche, etc. The local rooms are large and country style decorated.... We had a wedding to attend in the Cape. We had stayed here at Barnaby Inn we were running extremely late and Joseph had stayed up waiting for us to arrive at 10:30pm. Very welcoming. He greeted us with homemade cookies as well! Loved the atmosphere here and loved staying here. Everything was very clean and the food was delicious!... More

My wife and I stayed here for two nights to attend a concert at the Melody Tent in Hyannis - and have been coming to the Cape for years for an annual family reunion on the other side of Hyannis - but never just the two of us. We had a fantastic stay - we'd never stayed at a B&B... More

This was our first try at a B&B. Joseph was great. If we had any questions he had the answers. The room and bed was a perfect size. The grounds were so pretty and plenty of seating outside. Breakfast was delicious, we did not expect that. Parking on property was a plus. We plan on going back.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Barnaby Inn for a quick get away. So glad we did. Joseph made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating. He made several suggestions for things to do and restaurants to dine at while staying in the area. We stayed in Room 5, which was on the first floor and near... More
