What did I love about my stay at the Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn? Everything – the owners/hosts Sharon and Sean, my room, the food, the location, and the town! It was my first time staying at an Inn/B&B. I was tiring of the larger resort hotel a bit north of W. Harwich that I usually stay at and decided to try something different. My expectations were surpassed at the Platinum Pebble. Sharon and Sean are warm and genuinely welcoming. They remembered that I wanted to go bicycling, asked about my food preferences for breakfast, and offered me coffee or wine when I checked in. My room was clean, spacious, light-filled, and tranquil. Before bed, I sat in a cushy chair by the cozy gas fireplace to read for a bit. It was so relaxing. I got a blissful night’s sleep on the comfy bed beneath the softest sheets ever. This is the first time I have gushed over sheets…trust me…you will too. They are that soft. The shower had strong water pressure and hot water not lukewarm. Although I didn’t get to use the separate tub, there were bath salts and natural sponges for a spa-like experience. There was also a big screen TV and a charging station for my cell phone. The little details that make a big difference for me are the local snacks, glass water bottle and glasses (no plastic yeah), flashlight for walking outdoors after dark, and local magazines. There is a refreshment area with refrigeration space available in the bar area. The breakfasts that Sharon created were made fresh, came piping hot straight from the oven, and were delicious. Breakfast is usually served in the rooms but I chose to dine in one of the common areas so I could chat with Sharon and Sean. I was impressed with the locally roasted coffee. The day I rode the rail trail and hiked; Sean had a bicycle with a helmet out front for me when I was ready to depart and shared ideas on what towns to stop in, places to grab a bite, and the distances of different routes. He was well versed in what was available along the bike path and his suggestions were spot on. I was travelling solo and was grateful that Sharon and Sean took me under their wing. They are truly passionate about giving their guests a quality experience. Although I didn’t have any issues during my visit, they are open and responsive hosts. My weekend was exactly what I needed: pampering, time outdoors, and relaxation. I look forward to visiting again and again for a mother and daughter retreat, a girlfriend’s getaway weekend, and when traveling solo. The Platinum Pebble Boutique Inn is my new go-to spot on the Cape! PS The Inn is conveniently located near beaches, casual and fine dining, shopping, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and Nickerson State Park. The town of W. Harwich and its residents were friendly.

We stayed overnight to enjoy the holiday season at the cape. In general, we stay at hotels and not B&Bs when traveling as to have more privacy and space. We decided to give the Platinum Pebble a try given all its reviews and we were not disappointed. We had a spacious room with plenty of distance from the main house. The innkeepers (Sharon and Shawn) offered to assist but were very relaxed and allowed us to have our space (although we did take advantage of the fresh baked cookies). The rooms were beautifully appointed and modern. The breakfast was served in our room the next day and was fantastic. The location was close to nearby towns and restaurants. Some you could get to by walking. In general, a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to go again.

I gave a three night stay to my husband as a way to thank him for all that he does for me. He's not really a b&b kind of guy, but I had a feeling he'd really love the Platinum Pebble...and I was right! We checked in the night before Thanksgiving. Shawn greeted us and offered coffee and beer...great way to win over hubby! After being shown our room we settled in by relaxing by the fire. The modern flair mixed with the charm of Cape Cod was just the perfect combination. A soak in the oversized tub was what I really had looked forward to and it did not disappoint...fragrant bath salts, oversized bath sheets and spa quality lotions all were readily available. Seeing as we were there for Thanksgiving day, we didn't really expect much in the way of breakfast or maid service, but Sharon and Shawn outdid themselves. Breakfast was served in our room which my hubby loved. Each breakfast served to us during our stay was delicious and unique..combinations of sweet and savory that will delight your taste buds. Later when we returned from our Thanksgiving meal, the room was tidied up for us and ready for another romantic night. The rest of the weekend was delightful. We vowed to return during the summer so we could enjoy the outdoor accommodations including the beautiful pool and bikes that will take us to the local beach. If you're looking for a truly unique experience you HAVE to go visit Sharon and Shawn at the Platinum Pebble. It won't disappoint!

The Platinum Pebble offers guests modern amenities in a historic Cape Cod home. The country setting refreshingly complements the "Capey" beach scene that comes to mind when picturing Cape Cod. Moreover, Cape Cod has numerous wooded areas and forests than visitors would expect. This is the charm of the Platinum Pebble--it's literally represents the best aspects of a true getaway set back from the hustle of the beach all while being very accessible to Cape God's signature attraction. Boutique inns are far more personable than a resort or hotel due to their proprietors and the Platinum Pebble is no exception. Shawn and Sharon have been at the helm for less than a year, and have obviously exceeded their guests' service expectations. As natives of New England, Shawn and Sharon are keen to guiding their guests towards all experiences Cape Cod. Whether beach going, bike riding, kayaking, shopping, or touring, they are well-established and knowledgeable on the locale. He and Sharon are both open and critical to local experiences so as to ensure you embark on your day both nourished, refreshed, and prepared. Shawn and Sharon are quite the accommodating couple. Sharon offers an health-conscious natural breakfast that enriches and energizes her guests. Her positive attitude seems to be cooked right into the food! Whether it be roasted vegetables, eggs made to order, fresh cut fruit, or steel cut oatmeal with seasonal accoutrements, you are certain to be ready for your day. If you choose to start your day without breakfast, Sharon will offer you a homemade banana loaf to take back to your room or along for your travels. The other half of this duo is Shawn who is both warm and courteous. It's hard to turn down his charm when he offers you a glass of wine or a fresh ground cup of coffee. Shawn is both hardworking and a great listener so he naturally aims to please his guests. Either Shawn or Sharon will be there to check you in, greet you in the morning, and ask you about your stay before you set sail. And both are quite keen to making your stay exceptional. Let them know what you enjoyed and what you didn't. They are always improving! While each is uniquely decorated, all Platinum Pebble rooms are inviting and soothing. Our room's modern decor complemented the wide planked wood floors and bright wainscot walls. Natural lighting can be tailored to your liking by adjusting the plantation blinds. The bed was made with Comfy branded linens and according to the inn's guest room guide, the mattresses are available for purchase should you choose to bring that same comfort to your own bedroom. We appreciated the nice touches such as the comfortable couch, bedside mats, and Cape Cod branded potato chips. My wife and I felt very relaxed during our stay and left refreshed to rejoin the rest of our family over the holiday weekend. This was a new experience for us--staying in a modern boutique inn--and we were certainly pleased and fulfilled with our stay. We anticipate staying again in the summer months when we can enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace, and patio area, and of course, enjoying what Shawn and Sharon have to offer!

We stayed here for a long weekend for our baby-moon. It was absolutely perfect! The property and the rooms are absolutely gorgeous, well-appointed and super modern. I was very, very pregnant at the time and appreciated the large comfy bathtubs and the salts to bath with. The breakfast was delicious and simply a wonderful way to kickstart the morning. We loved chatting with the owners, they were SO friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!
