A pleasure to stay at this hotel. Near Boston location with all our needs met or exceeded. Nearby excellent restaurants. Will surely stay at this location again. Westin is a welcome addition to the Marriott family of hotels.

A wonderful hotel with excellent amenities, common areas, good location, great value. The one complaint is that maid service was not existent - perhaps all hotels are deleting this service under the guise of "eco-friendly", but clearly it saves them $$. So it leaves customers with no bar soap or shower gel (which is provided in too tiny tubes and bars anyway). Yes, customers can call for more, but that is a hassle. What if the maid service was at least limited, such that the maids came in quickly to scan the room for trash to empty, toilet rolls/soap/etc to replace, etc? And ALWAYS leave more soap in the room ...stinks to run out!

Like so many hotels, they have basically eliminated housekeeping. To get any housekeeping one needs to call the front desk. The only problem is the front desk never answers the phone. When I finally asked the General Manager about this, he said in a sarcastic tone “Haven’t you heard about the staffing shortages” This hotel is lousy. Avoid if all possible

We have all gotten used to the “new world” brought on by labor shortages, supply chain issues and rapid inflation. Service often lacks while we pay more for less. Not at the Westin! While there are certainly things you’ll notice are different it does not seem like they sacrificed cleanliness and comfort. We left another hotel that was filthy and uncomfortable to come here and were not disappointed. The staff was great, the rooms and lobby were clean, and the beds comfortable. They were accommodating in every way possible and they are conveniently located around tons of good food. Will stay again!

Everything was fine. Missed having my bed made everyday and dry towels in the room but I do understand. Breakfast a little expensive and that I don’t understand. All in all a nice place to stay.for the money.
