Spacious rooms. Limited food options due to COVID restrictions. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Left my phone charger at home and was able to borrow one from the front desk. Coffee shop options in the morning.
Hi, Even for COVID, this hotel didn't feel like a Westin; it felt like a ghost town. No answers on multiple occasions when I called down to the reception desk and/or to the special guest service button on my room phone: Don't put this button on the phone if no one is going to pick up. Felt like one nice young man was the sole employee.
14 nights this year. Lounge open for the first time last night. Not having any breakfast service has been a real pain. Other hotels we have had to stay at offered breakfast. Also, this review process takes too long.
This is a great hotel - large rooms, great gym, great location. The restaurants are closed due to Covid - but I know they are good. The person working at the desk was so friendly and went out of his way to make us feel safe and welcome.
Very good service at check in. Agent gave us an upgrade to a larger room when we told her that we would be spending a lot of time in the room. Cable Tv service was a disappointnent. Only national networks available. Cable news and sports not offered during our stay (2 days) Lack of certain amenities understood in Covid 19 circumstances.
