My BFF and I had a relaxing get away here and it was great. Staff was wonderful, rooms were comfy, room service was prompt and delicious. Will return for sure on our next visit to Salem! Felt like home with how we were treated by the front desk staff and by the bartenders. Great live music too!

Just for one night, but I found it excellent. I loved the room. It is very clean and comfortable. The man at the counter was very friendly. Breakfast was also excellent, it had variety. The place was quiet.

A group of us planned a trip to visit and explore Salem, not far from here. Picked this place for its reasonable rates. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Little did we know, the night we checked in was karaoke night in the lounge (one in our group is obsessed). Apparently it attracts a lot of the locals. We agreed that... More

I recently moved from Boston to New Hampshire and looking for a reasonably prices place to stay several times a month to keep active in somethings in Boston. I found this place and was nervous about it based on the price- was pleasantly surprised. Not to say it was a five star hotel but it was clean, staff was friendly... More

carpet was old and filthy in our room. Entire hotel very run down with no attempt at re-freshening. Staff was rude at best. fitness center was on upstairs floor - had to plug in machines to use. no elevator and no consideration for elderly lady with 2 knee replacements. don't go outside in the evening. pretty rough crowd hanging around... The most disgusting hotel ever!!!!! This hotel doesn't even deserve one star. I checked in here after a 16 hour drive from Chicago and when I walked into the hotel it smelled like a dirty nursing home. It was either that or there's dead bodies in here. It's the most disgusting hotel! Don't waste your money here cause you can... More

Stayed at the lakeside Saturday night. Hotel was extremely hard to find and poor signage. Receptionist was very nice, staff were great. Room was dingy, hair dryer in the bathroom had exposed wires, room was small and cramped, school unit in the wall looked broken. As I slept the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress and seemed like it... More

Room was clean, employees friendly and accessible. Restaurant/Bar offers entertainment with great food. Rooms are large. A small refrigerator would have been nice but not necessary. Great restaurants within walking distance. Wonderful walk path around the lake.

The bed was really comfortable. Much nicer inside than it looks from the outside and than expected. Breakfast was ok but not much choice and lacking in fresh ingredients. The bar downstairs was good value and the band playing on the Saturday was great. Couldn't hear it at all from the room on the 1st floor so no need to... More

I have stayed here on several occasions while travelling for work. The staff is friendly. The rooms and the hotel is in desperate need of upgrading. The whole hotel has a retirement-home smell. The food at the bar is decent. The location is not the best for getting in to Boston. Better get an Uber.
