We just spent four luxurious nights enjoying the ambiance of the Mansion House over the Christmas holidays! Our room looked out over the twinkling lights of Vineyard Haven Main Street which is like a quaint European village with adorable shops and eateries. The hotel and health spa were kept immaculate and clean. I especially enjoyed the 75-foot pool and hot tub for my morning swim. The breakfast had tasty coffee cake, fresh orange juice, healthy Chobani yogurt, and handy granola bars plus all the coffee and tea you could drink. The best part was the wonderful staff who attended to your every need; at one point we needed something from the local store and the attendant ran out to get it for us! We will definitely return to Mansion House and are so appreciative of their hospitality. …

This hotel is amazing. So clean. The employees are so accommodating. The Manager Carlos went out of his way to accommodate my wife & I. The pool is great. The fitness area has lots of machines. There is a hot tub & sauna. There are danish pastry & coffee & juice & cereal for breakfast. There is coffee all day. All the people at the front desk are courteous & helpful. I have to mention Carlos again because he’s very easy to talk to & he gave me some helpful hints about places to eat. Don’t pass this place up. The Mansion House treats you like family. By the way…I usually don’t even give reviews.

It’s the second time I have stayed here and it hasn’t disappointed The beds are comfy, rooms are warm and clean The staff are happy, friendly and attentive The breakfast!! WOW a large choice available and I couldn’t stay for breakfast so I was offered a takeaway option!! Nothing is too much trouble for this team Thank you all so much. I will be back again

The staff was professionally friendly and helpful, the space embodies the history of Martha's Vineyard and the room (a king suite) was well-appointed, clean, lovely, and quite comfortable. The soaking tub, fireplace, and harbor view, including a Juliet balcony, are bonuses that make the space stand out. It was quiet and the room darkening drapes create the perfect sleeping environment as does the very comfortable bed and pillows. I wish that my stay had been longer than two nights.

Short (business) stay at the Mansion House but was very enjoyable. The room was quiet in terms of hallway noise. Beautiful hotel. The shower / bathroom was small but functional. Very enjoyable. Walking area. The cupola deck was nice. Visited during the offseason so was quieter naturally.

This was my 4th or 5th time staying at the Mansion House over the last few years. Every visit, the staff has been incredibly accommodating. The Mansion House has everything you need in any season: proximity to the ferry, great restaurants and shopping, public transportation, swimming, parking, a health club— the list goes on. It’s a great deal in the off-season, and worth the investment for convenience in the summer. I greatly appreciate the consistent hospitality of all the Mansion House staff; it is my go-to stay when visiting “home.” Special shout to Carlos and the front desk staff for this December 2022 visit. Thank you! I look forward to the next.

The manager at check in was incompetent. She had a rude dismissive attitude. The pool was filthy with and odor of mildew and mold. It should be inspected by the board of health. The room itself was freezing cold with no way to adjust the heat. The bathroom had used toiletries on the counter. There was no cable tv. It was a disappointment.
