Where do we begin? We wanted a honeymoon destination close to home, yet somewhere special we'd never been. Martha's Vineyard was the perfect place. A friend recommended Nobnocket, as she and her husband stay there annually, all seasons of the year, and could not say more amazing things about the Inn and Annabelle and Simon. The Inn is located in Vineyard Haven, walkable to town and very close to the ferry terminal. The property is gorgeous. So spacious, yet intimate, and an extremely tranquil environment. We rarely saw anyone else there, aside from our gracious hosts except at breakfast time. We chose the Luxury Suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. A mix of savory and sweet dishes prepared by Annabelle with dietary restrictions highly respected and accounted for. Snacks and refreshments were always available as well. We enjoyed complimentary yoga and Pilates on the lawn most mornings before exploring the island. What a wonderful way to start the day. Instead of walking or taking buses or taxis, borrowing bikes to navigate nearby areas is also an option and a lot of fun. All the little personal touches made it such a great experience (I don't want to give away all the surprises). Annabelle and Simon were always there to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. In addition to all the great places we explored while at Martha's Vinyard, Nobnocket Inn was a total highlight. We can't thank Annabelle and Simon enough for hosting us at their beautiful Inn, and we can't wait to go back one day!

This is the place you are looking for on the Vineyard, charming & intimate, great location short distance from the ferry dock; walkable to shops & restaurants in Vineyard Haven. The inn itself began life as a 1908 Arts & Crafts doctor's home & while the exterior remains true to those origins, the interior has been transformed into a chic and contemporary b&b. For old house fans, don't worry some original interior features remain, including a huge fireplace in the sitting room. Annabelle & Simon the owners, are warm & gracious hosts, who know how to make their guests feel totally at ease. There's so much to love here - comfortable, king-sized bed; excellent breakfast; chocolate chip cookies at turn down; books & games if you want to escape; free wifi if you don't. Thoughtful touches including guest robes & slippers and a card left bedside each evening with the following day's weather and events happening on the island. Annabelle & Simon can recommend places to eat, visit or shop but are also happy to let guests explore on their own. Can't say enough about this wonderful place & hope to return very soon!

From the moment you enter Nobnocket you know you are in for a special stay. Simon and Annabelle have created a haven of tradition with a contemporary flair in this lovely Bed and Breakfast. The house is open and airy with comfortable seating spaces for reading, games and conversation. The terrace and gardens add an extra measure of charm to the overall setting. And the breakfast is an amazing treat! I look forward to returning to Nobnocket again and again!

Last minute changes in our plans and we decided to travel to Martha's Vineyard in early October. We were fortunate to get a cancellation and stay 6 nights at Nobnocket in Vineyard Haven. The room, perfectly appointed with a separate seating area was ideal for that extended period of time. The downstairs is chic and very clean. Annebelle and Simon are wonderful hosts. Breakfasts were delicious, although I found yoghurt daily/fruit a bit repetitive. Simon made reservations at restaurants that I had not come across and they were all excellent suggestions. He also directed up to his favorite island spots. A car is a necessity in our opinion as the island is much larger than Nantucket. We loved being away from busy Edgartown. We cannot wait to return . Note Covid precautions were evident throughout and everyone was required to mask. You feel very safe.

The Inn was recommenced to us by friends who live on the Vineyard and it met or exceeded our expectations. Simon and Annabel made us welcome and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay and some low intensity exploration of Vineyard Haven and the rest of the island. Comfortable rooms, quite terraces and gardens and overall excellent attention to detail. Outstanding culinary creativity for breakfast. Great coffee. Lots of complementary extras. Nobnocket is amongst the nicest places we have ever stayed - and we have stayed in a lot of very nice places. We will definitely be back.
