The Sandpiper truly felt like home to us during our week-long stay there. The rooms were well-sized, the beds were comfortable, and we had anything and everything we needed at our disposal (fresh towels, flip-flops, sunblock, bug spray, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, etc.). Beyond our rooms, the entire house was an architectural marvel. Every morning I found a new part... More

Pressures of everyday life melt away the minute you drive up to the Sandpiper. The stunning architecturally designed home of Peter and Jo Anne Yaremko rests high above the road surrounded by scrub oak trees, butterfly bushes, koi ponds and Asian influenced statuary. Unlike most bed and breakfasts we've been to, the Sandpiper has only one guest suite which allows... More

The Sandpiper is one of the few B&B homes designed so perfectly as to make you think you have the entire house to yourself. The rooms and bath are on a separate level and away from the owners' quarters, with a private garden and entrance - although, the Yaremkos are so inviting and entertaining that time spent with them becomes... ++ Highest Recommendation ++ This Bed and Breakfast is of modern design. Plenty of glass and spectacular 360-degree views. I understand this B&B was custom built by a local architect and builder. Clean, comfortable furniture throughout with a feeling of spaciousness among the different floor levels. Privacy is fabulous, beach availability only a short walk away, and the beautiful 360-degree... More

I was expecting typical Cape Cod decorating but discovered Buddhas , wind chimes, Koi filled ponds and water gardens, heated floors, antiques and decorative artifacts from around the world. Definitely a different style but still warm and adventurous. Since The Sandpiper is out of the way it seemed the beaches and pathways were ours alone. Yummy food and balcony for... More

I've stayed at the Sandpiper for weekend getaways several times in the past 2 years. The bedrooms in the separate wing of the house offer privacy and the fountain outside the sliding door is very soothing. The house has many windows, but in winter it's warm thanks to radiant-heated floors. Fresh breezes from the Bay waft through the home in... More

My husband and I had an absolutely lovely time at this place - Breakfast was delicious and our accomodations were beautiful. We spent a wonderful time at the Sandpiper - The Inn Keepers could not do enough for us - I have told all of my friends about this great "FIND'.

For $300 per night, we were expecting a trophy house. We were shocked to find a basement room with a cement floor, no TV with the hallway connecting to their main living space, which meant little privacy. Everything was a cut below with leftover bedding and not a thought to servicing the room daily. The breakfast, however, was lovely. We... More

This is the first negative comment we have ever had during the years we’ve hosted guests from around the world -- France, Australia, Canada, and on. So we feel compelled to respond. The Sandpiper IS a $2+ million trophy house, designed by one of the Cape's foremost architects and one of the first homes on the Cape to feature custom... More
