Travelers' Choice
Our romantic nine-bedroom boutique Bed & Breakfast is situated between the historic villages of Chatham and Orleans on the ‘elbow’ of Cape Cod. Ideally located on Pleasant Bay with spectacular water views, a small beach, private dock for swimming, kayaking, fishing and moorings for those who arrive by boat. Relax on one of the Adirondack chairs to watch the sailing regattas go by. Our beautifully designed bedrooms are named after the sailboats that sail the waters of Cape Cod. Each room has a strong New England identity, capturing the hues and spirit of the Cape. Many rooms boast views of the bay, while others enjoy front row views of the luscious gardens. A great way to indulge before a day of exploration, is our breakfast buffet served overlooking the bay or the ever-blooming gardens. The seasonally inspired menu captures local and European flavors. We grow and locally source the highest quality ingredients whenever possible. A Little Inn is a perfect location to discover the little villages that dot the length of the curved Cape, with easy access to explore the miles of sand dunes, pristine beaches and salt marshes.

Such a GEM! You must stay here❤️ My husband and I stayed here on a king weekend Anniversary trip to the Cape. The sisters, Pamela and Sandra, are the absolute most charming hostesses who made our stay so special. Their attention to detail in decorating this quaint B&B produced ooh’s and ahhh’s around every corner. Their English upbringing is evident with small touches throughout. Our room, The Whistler, was upstairs with a little balcony looking out the backyard where the English garden and well-manicured lawn was so lovely to look at. The view of the Bay out front never failed to excite whether a bright sunrise or a pink sunset. Book early as room availability disappears quickly.

My husband and I stayed here while in Cape Cod for a wedding. There is definitely a reason this place needs to be booked well in advance….it is perfection! The rooms and common areas are spotless and very nicely decorated. The staff is wonderful in every way…we loved Maria ! The property is gorgeous too! The sisters that own the B&B are very special. We mainly dealt with Pamela who is absolutely wonderful and we eventually met Sandra who is also very sweet. Quigley, the sweet dog, made it even more special. We were here in August during a very very hot, humid spell and I must the AC is beyond perfect. My husband and I like to sleep at around 65 degrees and Little Inn did not disappoint. We will be back!

Everything was beyond excellent!!! The entire property was absolutely gorgeous, the most beautiful hydrangeas in the area! The sisters that own the Inn will become your best friends by the end of your stay. The entire staff goes out of their way for your every need. I traveled by myself and never felt alone, I always felt like I was staying at a friend's home. And if you love dogs. Quigley will melt your heart ❤️ I will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 could not have been more fortunate to spend 3 nights at The Little Inn over the 4th of July. The room accommodations were wonderful, the breakfasts were delicious, and the gardens on the property are out of this world! Best of all was the hospitality from Pamela, Sandra, Maria, Jennifer, and Houston! What a wonderful experience!

We recently spent four nights at A Little Inn on Pleasant Bay. Literally everything about our experience was fantastic. The grounds were immaculate and the views spectacular. Pamela, Sandra and the entire staff were remarkably accommodating. - English hosting at its best. Every morning started with a lovely breakfast overlooking the bay. The location was central to Cape Cod and we easily drove to many wonderful locations and enjoyed the sites. We will absolutely return - why go anywhere else?

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Little Inn on Pleasant Bay. From start to finish the experience was simply wonderful. Our room, Daysailor, was on the upper floor of the main building and was beautiful appointed, spacious and clean. We had a wonderful view of the sea from our window. The breakfast each morning, prepared by the lovely Jenny, was always fresh and delicious. A different main option each day along with fresh bread, fruit and cereal. The service at all times was second to none. Houston and Maria at breakfast and around the hotel were always really friendly and super attentive. The owners Pamela and Sandra were brilliant. They were so welcoming and helpful with activity and restaurant recommendations and seem to really want every single guest to have the best holiday possible. And we can't leave out the star of the show, Quigley the dog who made every morning special with his greetings. What a cutie. We really could go on and on about what a wonderful little place this is. We would highly recommend a Little Inn to anyone looking for somewhere near to Chatham/Orleans on the Cape!

Fell upon this absolute gem of a place in the internet. Truly wonderful, friendly, interesting, helpful inn owners and staff. Gorgeous and restful spot. I am not usually a b&b person, but everything was so relaxed and friendly, it was perfect. Feel so lucky to have found it!
