    Facility very dirty homeless population that sit at front door and look drunk. front desk clerk very confused. The rooms need to be updated as well as the bathroom. The remote did not work, noise above us at night and women in parking lot cleaning out her paraphernalia.

    If you look at the photo of the in room heat and a/c you will get the idea. It is clean enough but it is really substandard. The breakfast and staff were ok. They say you get what you pay for , but here, you don't even get that. Old. Rundown. Yuk.

    I'd like to know why management would take $150 from a person they know damn well never smoke in a non-smoking room but he was demanding money so I paid it just to shut him up and it wasn't even my room and I wasn't even smoking
    I would like to know why management knowing that a person wasn't smoking in a non-smoking room the guest that rented the non-smoking room with smoking but the person that wasn't smoking had to pay a hundred fifty bucks and management put it straight in your pocket was never written down and my brother never got his security deposit back they said that they didn't have it and we were there for seven months

    Have Motel has many many issues the biggest issue is the bedbugs and cause blue cheese and management is crooked

    Are you sure it wasn’t a flea bite and you didn’t carry it in yourself? I’m not saying you are filthy people, LOL, but it’s known to happen after a walk. Also, ticks are prevalent in New England.

    The coffee makers in the rooms are K-cup type or the normal one with coffee filters ? A response will be very helpful. Thanks in advance
