Had a great time, and our host Walter aka (James Taylor ), was very nice and gave us a great breakfast before we hit the road for Cape Cod. House was very cozy and we would come back. Thanks again, Dave and Cindy Parsons from Florham Park NJ

This is a true B&B experience. . . comfortable rooms and warm and friendly welcome and attention to detail. I was traveling alone and the house and location was very appropriate for a single woman. I was not able to stay for breakfast, but the host prepared a wonderful assortment of breads and fruit for me to eat before leaving... More

This is not a typical bed & breakfast. The house is older than it looks in this picture. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom and shower tinier. If you've ever stayed in Europe and experienced the tiny bathrooms you will know just what I mean. The breakfast was good. Nice conversation with other guests and Walt. The place could... More

We stayed one night at Nichols Guest Rooms on our way through Massachusetts to Rhode Island. It is in a nice family neighborhood, convenient to I-95 and S. Attleboro train station, which we used to go into Boston in the evening. Easy parking right on the property. The house and guests rooms are extremely well-maintained, comfortable, and it's really like... More

Nichols is an excellent B&B in the Providence area. We only stayed a night, but the owners were so sweet and the room so comfortable we wished we were there for longer. The room was spacious enough and the bed was so comfortable. The TV had plenty of channels to flick through before bed, and the bathroom was well-stocked. Everything... More

A lovely old house, furnished in a quaint and individual style. Dorothy is quite a character - we chatted to her for ages and she really seemed to enjoy our company. Breakfast was delicious - a range of sweet and savoury dishes, all homemade. Dorothy and Walt joined us for breakfast, which really made you feel like you were welcome... More

We so enjoyed our stay with Dorothy and Walt. My brother and I were traveling for business but wanted to enjoy some local flavor. We were warmly welcomed (even though we arrived late), slept well and enjoyed a delicious breakfast over even more delectable conversation. Engaging, friendly, relaxed and informative, we found just the experience we were hoping for!

I had a great stay. This B&B is a very good value in an area where there is not a lot of good choices, especially that the included breakfast is excellent. Walt is a great cook. The place is very clean and the bed is comfortable. Both Dorothy and Walt are very nice people and excellent hosts. For breakfast, they... More

Old-fashioned BnB the way they meant to be. Old historic house, nicely and neatly appointed, helpful and reasonable hosts. And the breakfast was a real hoot - full continental breakfast with a lot of choices, fresh fruits and charming hostess. When we had to leave earlier, the owner did not charge us for the forfeited night. Will come back again!

Dorothy and Walt are terrific hosts making us feel welcome from the start. Breakfast was delicious and both are wonderful conversationalists! We enjoyed leisurely visits over coffee, tea and full breakfasts! They had many wonderful ideas of places we should visit in the area. The house is nicely decorated and comfortable.
