We had the most wonderful weekend getaway at Seven South Street Inn. They were very communicative and detailed in the explanation of their services and covid precautions. We really believe they thought of EVERYTHING. We felt completely safe and comfortable the whole weekend. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. And we took advantage of its close proximity to downtown Rockport by walking there every day and saved on the stress have parking and paying the meter. Also the chocolate covered strawberries that you can add to your booking are the best I've ever tasted which was a very pleasant surprise (we weren't sure what to expect). Highly Recommend.
We were going to a show at the Shalin Liu Performance Center and found this lovely B&B to stay overnight so we didn't have to drive home. What a find! We had a lovely room that was decorated perfectly. The morning breakfast was fantastic - look at some of the photos on their website. We would recommend this B&B and will be staying there again I'm sure.
Very nice bed and breakfast! Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast was included every morning and it was delicious (and filling)! Management was friendly and helpful! Location was great. Not a far drive to other places of interest. Highly recommended.
We stayed here due to it’s great location and the amazing breakfast. Our room was small but perfectly formed and I imagine the outdoor seating area is beautiful in Summer. It is easy to walk into town from here and we managed to get a parking space just outside the room. The breakfast was as amazing as we thought. You sit in a lovely dining area with all of the other guest, in one of 2 sittings, and are treated to 4 courses. We had a fruit plate, a warm apple turnover which was deliciously decadent,a smoothie then the main of a croissant with asparagus, ham and egg. Suffice to say we did not need to eat for the rest of the day. Highly recommended.
We stayed three nights over a holiday weekend. We reserved #3, Blue Delphinium, which was upstairs. The steps up from the inn's living room were fine but we had to pass through another unoccupied bedroom. If the room had been occupied we would have needed to go down a rather steep narrow staircase or go down the steps from the deck and around through the front of the building. Charming but the first floor would be more appropriate for someone who couldn't handle such staircases. The inn was renovated to include private bathrooms, so they were tucked in and small but perfectly adequate. It was hard to choose a room from the photos. They each had character and different features. It was worth the trip just for breakfast!! There was fresh coffee at 7 with seatings at 8 or 9 in the dining room. Each day there was a fruit plate, a freshly baked breakfast bread, a smoothy, and an entree like eggs benedict on a croissant with asparagus, or french toast with fruit and, nuts, maple butter, and real maple syrup. They were very accommodating of food sensitivities. All served on gorgeous pottery. Hosts and staff were friendly and helpful, recommending local restaurants and places to explore. Will definitely plan another visit.…
