Warm and cosy. We felt at home immediately. Such a nice welcome. Succulent breakfast (Irish breakfast but also smoked salmon and scrambled eggs)The scenery is beautiful. Our room overlooked a lough whose aspect changed according to the tide. It was quiet and not too far from Donegal. We enjoyed our stay and think it is the best bed and breakfast...

We were there because we were on a horse trail trip and out third stop was here. It rained all day and when we finally arrived the owner showed us the way to the padock and after we were finished with our horses (and I fell into the mud) he picked us up with his car and drove us the...

Recently, my friend and I stayed with Mary and Petey in their lovely B&B just outside of Donegal, Ireland. What an amazing stay, and such lovely individuals. When we arrived, it was like being welcomed into a family member's home. We were greeted with hot tea and freshly made scones. Mary's scones were the first I ever tried in Ireland,...

Stayed here while in Donegal (3 days)...we absolutely loved our stay here...Mary has a beautiful home...again, we picked our B & B's to be outside the town centers, a short 10-15 minute drive to Donegal town...the peacefulness and quiet was mesmerizing..our room was immaculate and Mary's home was just what I had pictured when we decided on Irish B &...

Bayside has a fantastic view of the quiet countryside. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast. Mary was very welcoming. She made tea upon our arrival and helped us find a restaurant for dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

On our travel round the Wild Atlantic Way we stopped off at Bayside Bed and Breakfast and were not disappointed. It was very comfortable and Mary provided us with a great breakfast in the morning. Would recommend as a quiet retreat.

Our family stayed 1 night and enjoyed our stay. There is much to do in this area and next time will stay longer. Extremely friendly, excellent food, quiet and restful. If you are in this area be sure to book time here. Good wifi also here. The view from our room was stunning.

On our vacation we had planned to drive through the northwest of Ireland and decided we would stop in Donegal. We prefer staying in B&B's and came across the Bayside on a website, I'm so glad I did. Mary is the friendliest and warmest host you could ever meet, she made you feel like you were home from the moment...

We traveled to Ireland in May and our travel agency booked us at the Bayside B&B. Mary was a jewel and saved us so much time by her knowledge if the area. You knew from the moment you arrived that she was going to spoil everyone and she did. You MUST try the homemade scones and jelly. Thank you for...

If you are ANYWHERE in the south of Donegal, you MUST stay at the home of Mary and Petey Martin. You will never be treated so warmly. It is in a rural area and may at first seem too much so. But just keep going along the windy road. When you arrive, you will be offered tea and homemade scones....
