Rooms were very comfortable. Customer service was very good, and the location was nice. Picking up the bus into Provincetown was a breeze. The firepit was another plus. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

Booked 1 night here at the backend of our vacation because we were not ready to go home yet. Our family prefers the outer cape, but we stayed the week in Brewster because we had the in laws with us. The positives: 1. We were able to book a 1 night stay. Most places have a minimum 2 night stay... More

Convenient, clean, and with very helpful staff. The outdoor pool makes for a good place for unwinding especially with kids. A fire pit for those cool Cape Cod evenings is a nice touch. BYOB. Located within minutes of the town center, this is about as good as it gets for a large family stay without breaking the bank. The simple... More

First time visiting Provincetown. Originally planned on just staying for the night. The hotel is nicely updated and located across the street from a beautiful beach with awesome views. Ended up extending our stay. The hotel staff, particularly Armand and Raul were helpful and kind. We can't wait to visit again. Kid friendly.

Hotel sits across street from the Boston harbor just outside of Provincetown proper. It was at one time a Holiday Inn. Since then it's been made into a 1960's retro theme hotel with many upgrades. Bedding & furnishings are all new but look circa 1969. Baths are updated and great. Only modern touch are the sinks that are fully updated... More

Perfect location just outside the heart of Provincetown. This retro chic hotel scored high points from us, as it was the perfect setting for our wedding week on the Cape. Our room was well kept, clean, and had a stunning bay view. The Whaler Lounge had vegetarian options available which can be difficult to find on the Cape. Breakfast buffet... More

As a family with an 8 year old, finding a hotel that is kid friendly as well as comfortable for adults is so important and difficult to find. My family and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We love the modern look and feel to them. The pool is outstanding! So... More

We arrived july 4, 2016. Just in time for the fireworks. This is a older Hotel that has been gutted and remodeled. Where the old drive through is a covered patio with patio furniture. It overlooks the bay. in front of that and the hotel are 2 fire pits surrounded by rocks and colorful Adirondack chairs. My husband and I... More

We had a last minute opportunity to travel to Ptown. When I began planning the dates we had open, of the 14 hotels in Ptown 10 were booked. We all seek the five stars first I believe... My theory is that it doesn't cost anymore to go first class, but you just can't stay as long! :) When I looked... More

I stayed Sunday night after riding the Pan Mass Challenge ride. The room was large, clean, quiet (despite a dog in the next room) and comfy. The bedding and towels were better than motel grade. The view of the bay is incredible, with two sets of shades - full or partial privacy. Consider requesting second floor with a shared balcony... More
