Your delightful hosts will treat you to a wonderful stay at a very reasonable (off season for us) rate. The Admiral's Quarters Room was spotless, crisp, and comfortable. Gas fireplace, small TV, lots of natural light. If you like a firm mattress and plump pillows, you'll sleep perfectly. The modernized bathroom included a large shower and jetted tub, plus heated...

A Bed and Breakfast by its nature is a warm and comfortable place, but the owners and the accommodations at Admiral's Landing are above and beyond simple comfort. The rooms were spacious enough for two people to move around easily and the bathrooms simply decadent. It is a short walk into the downtown so you have the closeness without the...

Stayed three nights for Halloween 2016. Great room wonderful owners who took care of us. Location was perfect as it was close to the fun of Commercial Street. The fireplace in the room was a plus off season. Will definitely stay here again.

This B&B is within walking distance of all major attractions in Providenicetown. The rooms are immaculate with heated bathroom floors and a fireplace in every room. The Inn keepers Robyn and Audri were wonderful. They were helpful, super friendly and made a nice breakfast with great conversation! Would stay again for sure.

The property is pristine and my room made me smile when I walked in. It was bright and cheerful with lots of light (4 windows). The bed was very comfortable - I can't think of a thing that needed changing. Audri and Robyn, the owners, were lovely, helpful and the breakfast was served in a lovely dining area. I looked...

My husband and I stayed at the Inn for three nights in early October. We were in the Studio Forward. Overall we liked the room, however it is directly on the parking lot so the privacy is minimal and a view is non-existent. It has a very small closet and no dresser and there isn't much storage in the bathroom....

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. Our host's Audri and Robin could not be nicer. The rooms were good size and updated. Location is perfect, just a shor walk to Commerical street and all the shops and restaurants. This is a must stay if your going to PTown for a few nights

Oh my, what a wonderful little gem tucked away in Provincetown. Robyn and Audri were so welcoming and provided us with lots of tips about places to eat and sites to see. Our room was comfortable and cozy and while it was a bit cloudy, cold and rainy when we were there, coming “home” to this wonderful space and settling...

My sister and I loved staying at this lovely B&B on our visit in September 2016. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Our hosts, Robin and Audrey, were so kind and friendly. The homemade breakfast treats were delicious, and we never lacked for wonderful conversations and friendly guests to greet us around the breakfast table each morning. The...

Wish we could have stayed longer as we got such a warm welcome, the room was perfect and nothing was too much for Audri and Robyn. Loved the eggs and banana bread at breakfast, all made fresh that morning Don't be put off if your looking for beach front as it really is just a 2 min walk, if that!
