In the thick of downtown Provincetown, just one block off Commercial Street, The John Randall House delivers a boutique experience in the heart of Cape Cod. Part art gallery, part bed and breakfast, this Victorian-style inn features contemporary paintings by local and national artists alongside stylish furnishings. What really sets this hilltop inn apart is its newly installed outdoor deck with views of the tallest all-granite structure in the United States, the Provincetown Monument, which commemorates the history of the Mayflower Pilgrims. Each of the ten rooms is equipped with a queen bed, cable TV, a refrigerator, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Stroll down to the veranda in the morning for a continental breakfast of homemade baked goods, fresh seasonal fruit, hot and cold cereals, milk, and juices. ( Once you've eaten your fill, head out to see Provincetown's finest features-what Lonely Planet describes as "untamed coastline and vast beaches" begging to be explored. Rising Sun Cottage at the John Randall House" is a fully furnished two-bedroom condo with all the amenities for a home away from home. Just one block off Commercial Street with its galleries, shops, cafés, gyms, fine dining and busy nightlife, the cottage’s central location makes everything conveniently close. But best of all, its secluded setting off the street provides a peaceful, private space to enjoy your stay in Provincetown. The Cottage comes with parking for 2 vehicles, air conditioning, washer/dryer, a front deck with gas grill on site, a full kitchen, a wood-burning fireplace, and much more. Recently renovated, this beautifully decorated home is part art gallery with a sophisticated boutique feel. Serenity Cottage at the John Randall House” our newly renovated cottage is a spacious, fully furnished one-bedroom condo with all the amenities for a home away from home. The design of the new cottage is eclectic and breezy while keeping with the overrall feel of all JRH properties. Part art gallery with a touch of beach flavor, this new cottage is a crowd pleaser.

Perfect location, clean rooms, safe environment in regards to covid prevention. This was our 3rd stay and couldn't have been happier. It's a very short walk to Pilgrim Monument and shorter walk to Commercial St which brings you to the heart of Provincetown

My girlfriend and I were very impressed with our stay here. It's in a great location; close enough to Commercial street so you can walk there in under 5 minutes. Room was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and they took precautions in light of COVID-19 that made us feel safe. Don is an excellent host and we will certainly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in beautiful Provincetown.

Location, location, location! Great location everything we loved walking distance. We had such a great time and never felt unsafe during this time of uncertainty. There were masks, gloves, and sanitizer readily available. The whole place was very clean and Don was a very gracious host. We will definitely come back! Thanks Don!

Don is the star of John Randall House. He is the perfect host - warm, welcoming, helpful at every turn. It's an old house, so rooms are small. Ours was beautifully decorated and very carefully designed to offer travelers' needs. The bathroom - though micro - gave the two of us all the function we needed for the weekend, including plenty of hot water for showers. Always a plus! The breakfast is as carefully considered as the decor. If you want a good coffee and a good pastry - even an egg or two - before you head out to explore Provincetown, then you will be satisfied. And if you're looking to pig out on brunch, then you'll grab a coffee and go. Either way, John Randall House is a great choice.
