The welcome was cold, at best. Cheap quality products (soap, tissues, etc…). It does not feel at all “clean.” Not that it was necessarily dirty but it just felt old and not well kept. Our “Housekeeping services” consisted of taking dirty towels out of the room and replacing them with clean ones (they did not clean or even make the bed!). There was a gentleman there named Phillip who was very nice as well as the kitchen staff (you see the kitchen and it’s staff as soon as you walk in). They and Phillip were the only ones who made us feel welcome. Other 2 gentlemen we interacted with acted as though we were a “nuisance!” Would not recommend!
Delightful stay at an amazing location. Great happy hour to meet visiting guest and make new friends Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained and pool and hot tub kept clean at all times
The room had numerous problems. The shower controls did not operate properly. The towel bar was broken. The tiles were old, cracked and dirty. The Bathroom grout, caulking, and plumbing fixtures all need to be replaced. Staff were all fantastic.
This hotel is the best of Provincetown and the best of the Cape. Great location, great staff and incredibly friendly atmosphere. We have stayed here every year and now we will go there twice a year. We heartily recommend Crowne Pointe!
We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Crown Point. Staff was welcoming and helped us to our room. Our room was clean comfortable and quiet. It appeared to be updated recently. Most rooms have an outdoor small space with chairs to enjoy. There is a small adult outdoor pool and hot tub on the patio area. The do offer wine & cheese hour and breakfast. A few things to consider pricing is fairly high & Parking is offsite (not far) so be prepared for this. But the hotel is centrally located and walking distance to town. Overall a great experience.
Great place, upscale vibe with top notch staff, great onsite meals available and amazing amenities such as pool, spa, mineral water baths and nicely appointed rooms. Our room was clean, with nice size king bed and bathroom. We stayed in a Deluxe room and felt, while pricey, fit the bill for us. Included breakfast was very generous and cooked to order. We were very impressed and felt this property was at the top of the list of choices to stay. Be sure and visit the Club Room for wine & cheese!
The Crowne Pointe Inn was a great place to stay in Provincetown. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They offered great amenities including the wine hour and breakfast. The location was perfect, very close to downtown shops and restaurants.
We always stay here. It's super convenient and the wine happy hour is a nice touch. We always eat at the Point Restaurant while here, never disappointed. The rooms are pricier, but very nice and always above par. The staff is super friendly and professional.
I have stayed at the Crown Pointe multiple times now and think it is lovely. I always book a massage at their spa which I highly recommend. The employees are wonderful and friendly, and the location is perfect for walking everywhere.
We booked into this sister property of the one we're thought we were staying at in provincetown (but were booted for an oversold situation) for Friday night but had a function to go to on Saturday. Check out time is eleven. They were sold out. I asked if it was possible to stay an extra 90 minutes so we could get ready early knowing that a room only takes 90 minutes to clean (and sometimes less). The front desk read back my request, obviously no one had read the request until I showed up at the desk, and said, no. Not, let's work together to make this happen, not we would love to but..., not even a we simply can't because. Just no. Then the "I'm only the messenger" response. Why isn't this front desk allowed to make a decision or work with a guest who is dumping 3500 at a sister property (owned and managed by the same company) and maybe think about, just for a second, some hospitality. Some empathy goes a long way. On top of that the room was dirty on either side of the sink - and there were ants everywhere (see photo of one crawling on my towel as i got out of the shower). The dishes were dirty (it was a kitchenette) and there were two towels total (we didn't notice this fact until we were about to shower the next morning). This 850 dollar room came with two towels, a dirty bathroom and ants. My last stay there (previous review) they showed me to my room which was occupied by someone else at 5 pm and then had to scramble to find me something else. Upside, the breakfast was pretty good.…
