I can't believe how highly rated this worn out place is. I also can't believe how much they charged me for my room with dingy sheets, broken curtains, and charmless room with a seating area facing a dresser and a rattling fridge I had to unplug to sleep. Also, the breakfast was less than mediocre. Unfriendly staff behind the counter and frozen store bought pastries like artificial tasting scones and muffins. Just gross.

We had a quick one night stay. When I looked to book they had a two night minimum but I called the morning of our visit and was able to get just the one Saturday night. We arrived an hour before check-in but was able to get in our room- a lovely King with fireplace and jetted tub. The bed is very comfortable and the fireplace is great on a cold night. We attended the wine and cheese social hour which we always enjoy (albeit the wine selection seemed to be even worse quality than previous visits). They do a great included- made to order breakfast from 8-10. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer. (In town, check out the Harbor Lounge- drinks only- and great views)

We had a wonderful time at the Inn. It is truly wonderful, and has so much to offer. The cocktail hour was fun, we made some new friends, and the dining experience was fantastic. I would recommend this place highly.
