5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

When it comes to hotels, I'm usually not much of a fan of old and quaint, generally preferring big, sleek and new. But I had to attend a wedding in Provincetown and this place was on the couple's list of recommended spots, so I decided to give it a shot. While the room was somewhat small and a bit cramped,... The guest house was extremely clean. The Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The guest house has a pool and hot tub which was nice to relax in after spending a day out in town. They have a wine and cheese gathering which is a great way to meet other guests that are visiting the guest house.

Stunning property close to everything you'll want to do in Provincetown. My husband and I traveled to Provincetown for our wedding. We decided to stay at the Brass Key Guesthouse based on great online reviews and a personal recommendation from close friends at home. The staff was friendly and prompt to our needs from the moment we arrived. Our room... More

Checking out tomorrow, but felt the need to review tonight while this experience is still fresh in my mind. On a scale of 1 to 10...it's a 12. From the easy booking online, to the follow up phone calls, to the outstanding staff and service, to the wonderful superior king room. It exceeded all expectations. Talked to other guests who... We have been staying at The Brass Key for over 15 years and had to take the time to tell everyone that each year just gets better!!!! We our most recent visit on Labor Day week 2016 we found customer service to be excellent and our room charming. The Brass Key is now suppling the room with Khiels products. Breakfasts... More

Our tiny room. We reserved the only type of room that was available, the standard queen (at $400 a night!) The room was minuscule and the bed less than comfortable. However, the great location, wonderful staff, ample breakfasts and fun cocktail hour made up for what the room lacked.

Thank you so much staying with us and for taking the time to write us a review on TripAdvisor. Provincetown’s scarce availability of space is a difficult challenge for innkeepers in town. The Brass Key is specifically comprised of converted homes from the eighteen hundreds; consequently, this impacts the structural size of our buildings. We provide several room levels starting... Very disappointing for the money. Small , dated room with a tiny bathroom . There was no room for cases without using the sofa and so no where to sit. The bathroom was way too small for two people and lacked shelves and storage . The worst of all though was the tired off white bedding which had a faint... More

I can't speak highly enough of the Brass Key. Very easy to book online or by phone. Check-in process and Check-out process very smooth. The from desk staff is top notch. Had two minor issues/requests during the stay that were readily resolved without any drama or complaint from the team. Housekeeping are in and out of the room quickly and... More

The guesthouse looks incredibly well run and was spotless. The pools were a good size and the wine and cheese hour was a great way to socialise with other guests. The rooms looked a little dated with old paintings and bookshelves but it added a historic feel to the place with added to the atmosphere. The room was quite expensive... More
