What a memorable experience that made our first trip back to New England since 2019 amazing. The Queen Vic is a beautifully maintained historic paradise nestled in the heart of Provincetown. Being right on commercial street, you’re steps from everything. But, for those light sleepers (like me), don’t let that deter you! The property is quiet and perfectly relaxing, offering a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle when you need it. We highly recommend people watching while enjoying the fire pit out front or relaxing in their brand new Jacuzzi out back!

Stan and Josh were the definition of amazing hosts. They made us feel welcomed and treated us like family from the very start. Stan kept in touch with us throughout our stay offering helpful tips, restaurant recommendations, information on events in the area, a quick hello, you name it! He was always readily available via text for anything that we needed.

We also traveled with our small dog, and he was welcomed by everyone as soon as we arrived. Like many, he was our ‘COVID pup’, and we haven’t yet learned how to detach ourselves from him (we’re working on it!) . Being the first time traveling to New England with him, we were worried he may bark, and we didn’t want to bother any guests. Stan was so kind and assured us that he would text us if he barked so we could step away for our ‘date night’ dinner. Luckily, he didn’t need to!

Overall, this was truly the best trip my husband and I have had in several years, and we can’t thank Stan, Josh, and team enough. We enjoyed our stay so much that we can’t wait to make the Queen Vic our place to stay when we return!

The two fellas that run this little gem of a "bed and beverage" are very kind and have a superb sense of hospitality. My husband and I wanted to go to P-Town for our first anniversary and this was the perfect place to stay for a few days. Unique rooms, gorgeous outside space and on the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The room was small but intimate with a king size bed and separate entrance, and there was paid parking ($25/day) a few blocks away, but breakfast is included and served directly to you, and there is an unloading/loading spot in front of the inn. Stan is super friendly and my husband was pleased at the texts he received before and during our stay. He ordered a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary, which was in the room with glasses and a bottle opener when we checked in. I also accidentally left behind a ring box with an inexpensive but sentimental piece of jewelry inside, and they are mailing it to me. The space felt clean and safe. Great experience and looking forward to coming back.

I have visited with the Queen Vic multiple times and they never disappoint! The rooms are beautiful, clean and so welcoming. When you you go to the Queen Vic Stan, Josh and Paul make you feel so welcome, it’s like being at home! (Just MUCH more fabulous!) Breakfast is made every morning and is so delicious fresh! The location is perfection, being right on Commercial St and it’s literally with-in walking distance of everything! I couldn’t recommend Queen Vic more and it’s the only place I stay in Provincetown! Also, just to add, Provincetown and the Queen Vic have done an outstanding job making it safe to visit during these times. Sanitizer and masks available everywhere in town and contactless (but still personal and caring) check-in and out makes you feel safe during these times!

Stan was a great host, texting us before check-in and throughout our stay. The room was super clean, lovely grounds and yummy breakfast. Everything was contact free and felt very safe. Provincetown is currently requiring masks, and outdoor dining was very organized and professional. One note for those with mobility needs, parking is 3 blocks away. There a spot in front to unload for 15 minutes. I recommend Queen Vic's without hesitation, it was the perfect post quarantine place to travel. Loved the hand sanitizer, post covid room amenity

Our host Stan was AMAZING! He was so kind, cheerful, and helpful in every way. This was our first stay in any home other than our own during the COVID-19 pandemic and we felt incredibly safe. Everything was very clean and there were additional hand sanitation stations all throughout the house. They even included a small sanitizer in our room to take around town. It was abundantly clear that they are taking extra precautions during this time and it is greatly appreciated. The stay usually includes a family style breakfast and they changed that to customized breakfast delivered to our room! With the reduced amount of people staying in the space for COVID-19 reasons, we were able to enjoy our breakfast on the back balcony all to ourselves each morning. There was also a backyard space available and a front yard area with a gas fire pit to enjoy at night. We felt so at home at the Queen Vic! We plan on going back and highly recommend this to everyone!

I am in love with this property and the owners. From start to finish my experience was flawless. Stan the owner, reached out to me before my stay with helpful information and recommendations on parking, shops, and restaurants, throughout the stay the owners were incredibly accommodating. The location is located perfectly on Commercial Street within walking distance of the best restaurants, shops and bars Ptown has to offer. The Queen Vic itself is super chic with patios and decks to enjoy cocktails at home as well. I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners- can't wait to visit again soon!

Wonderful stay for an overnight trip to Provincetown. Stan, our host, was extremely thoughtful for every step of our trip, from suggesting good restaurants prior to our arrival, checking in to ensure that we found parking, and ensuring that our breakfast was provided in a safe, socially-distanced, method.

The house was lovely with artsy decor, and is located in a convenient location. Our breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it on the sunny terrace. This was my first time in Provincetown and my experience here was perfect!P

Our stay at the Queen Vic was absolutely magical. We were greeted by a personalized card in our room, congratulating us on our anniversary. Soon after, a knock at the door presented a complimentary bottle of wine. Throughout our stay, we continued to be surprised as Josh and Stan proved themselves to be consummate hosts.

The historic premises was spectacularly decorated, including just the right amounts of Victorian and modern aesthetic. The firepit out front proved to be the perfect location for my husband and me to make new friends and the back deck was lovely for taking in breakfast while enjoying the ocean breeze.  As one of the only guesthouses donning the title "Bed and Beverage," the on-location fully-stocked bar rounded the experience out to perfection.

While there are lots of choices for accommodations when in Provincetown, I can't see ourselves staying anywhere but at the Queen Vic in the future. Bravo boys! Sending love from Salem.

Located in the heart of Commercial St, this Bed and Beverage Inn is the perfect location to stay.

Incredibly Hospitable and Caring Host. Thank you to Josh and Stan for making our first of many trips and stay the most memorable experience. The kindest people and I am exceptionally overjoyed meeting you.

Before our arrival, Stan communicated with me well to make sure I was notified about check-in, parking, unloading, and restaurant recommendations.

If you are driving into town, there's a 20-minute loading and unloading in front of the Inn. Mostly, I parked at Grace Hall Municipal for $25 per day. It is located about 3 blocks near the inn and commercial street.

The room was comfy, cozy, and cleaned daily. The sheets felt like silk. So soft and smooth. Thank you to Sheenrah (I think I spelled her name right). She kept the room well maintained and cleaned daily. If you need anything, just leave a note and make sure you tip appropriately. The kindest gesture of thanks from you for making sure you are comfortable every time you return to your room fresh and clean.

There is also a coffee shop next to the Inn; Joe Coffee if you want your morning caffeine rush and pastries. However, the Inn offers breakfast delivered to your room. Fill out the paper menu and drop it off in the bowl next to the bar area by 8:00 pm. Josh's specials are pretty tasty.

Amenities include:
There's is a Jacuzzi in the backyard
The front patio has a fire pit where you can people-watch at night while having a nice glass of wine, champagne, or cocktail if you wish.
Wifi is accessible
TV in the room
AC and Heat control system in the room

Thank you again, Stan and Josh, I look forward to staying with you soon!

First of all, let's start with the location, location, location! Right on Commercial Street in the heart of the action. The Queen Vic is 50 feet from Tea Dance and with the awesome front patio, you can watch the men saunter (or sashay) down to the party. You have Spiritus Pizza and coffee at JOE very close by and if you want to rent a bike just head up Central and take a left for PTown Bikes.

Next, Stan and Josh are great hosts and will try to accommodate you and make you feel comfortable. Communication was great and Stan kept me in the loop via text messages for anything I needed to know. The breakfasts were light and delicious - just the right way to start the day. My favorite was taking mine to the second floor back deck and enjoying the cool morning while sipping my coffee.

My room was cleaned up each day making it feel new every afternoon.

Pros: Location, all the outdoor spaces, great hosts, and they are a "bed and beverage" so there is a bar available on premise.
Cons: I had to come home and I'm not still there!!!
