COVID-19 A New Standard of Clean The Queen Vic has rethought every point of service to ensure safety in 2020. The improvements begin at check-in. Your room keys will be disinfected and placed in a sealed envelope, waiting for you at arrival. We have a contactless check-in procedure at our front desk, so we can welcome you safely. To further protect both you and our staff, we have added a wait time of at least 24 hours for each room in between departures and arrivals. In addition to the spotless conditions you have always expected from us, we will be adding a few additional measures as extra precautions. Rooms will be cleaned with bleach and disinfected with a hypo chlorinated mist. Windows will be opened in between stays to allow fresh air to circulate. Linens and towels will be washed, as always, with hot water and bleach. Our housekeepers will not enter your room during your stay to eliminate any possibility of contamination. We will provide fresh sheets and towels as you request them. For everyone's protection, soiled towels will be placed in a sanitized, marked laundry bag for our housekeeping staff to take away. For 2020, we will be serving hot, made-to-order breakfasts directly to your room. Our family-style breakfast table is a feature we love, but for this year, the breakfast room will be closed, to keep our guests and staff safe. Instead, we are excited to offer you several new hot breakfast choices that we think you will love. There will be order cards in your room to specify your desired meal and a time for delivery -- breakfast in bed is our new 2020 indulgence. The outside common areas will still be open for guests to relax and safely mingle. Our beautiful front yard set back from Commercial Street, our back garden, and the upstairs back deck are all available at breakfast time and throughout the day. Cape Cod has great, clean ocean air, and this year is the time to appreciate it. We are also proud to announce that Queen Vic guests will receive 25% off your meal price any time you visit our sister business, Cafe Heaven, for the whole duration of your stay with us. The health and safety of you and of our staff will always be our top priority. The staff's temperature will be checked multiple times per day, and as always, hands are washed constantly with antibacterial soap. Disposable gloves and face masks will be worn as appropriate, and continued and added precautions against COVID-19 are the new standard here. We know we will all move through and past these difficult times. We really look forward to making new and happy memories with you. See you soon, and stay safe, Josh, Stan, Paul, and Zoey

I travel with my Cavachon and needed a clean, pet friendly room for one night. After reading reviews, I decided to book the Queen Vic in Provincetown, MA. The location is ideal and the room was sparkling clean. The queen suite room 16 has a living room with a sofa, desk and TV and access to an outdoor deck. The bathroom is spacious. The bedroom was beautiful and the linens were high quality. Most importantly, I felt very safe and Stan was very kind and welcoming. In addition to the accommodations I truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Wish I could have stayed longer!

The Queen Vic is not only in the perfect location on commercial street, but it is run by the two most amazing and kind men. During this pandemic, I have felt welcome and safe. The sanitizing, self check in and safe distancing is just the beginning. The wonderful breakfast that is brought to the room for social distancing is nothing less that fresh and delicious! 5 stars in my opinion. The rooms are so clean and THE MOST comfortable beds you will ever sleep in!! The location is perfect for walking the wonderful Provincetown or even just sitting in the front at the fire and watching PTOWN go by. I have been staying at the Queen Vic for years now and I won’t go anywhere else!! Highly recommend!!!!

A couple friends and I decided to wander outside Boston and head to PTown for a weekend. One of us is a regular Ptowner and had a few recommendations - one was the Queen Vic. It's one of her favorite stays and luckily they had three rooms left for our weekend so we snagged them up. I personally stayed in room 11, the downstairs room to the right when you first walk in. It's GORGEOUS. The house itself is so beautiful, the inside even more so. My bed was incredible - huge four poster bed with the best hotel lines and pillows I've ever had. The bathroom is a little small but so cute and stylish. I loved the bathroom toiletries they give you. First time I ever had a robe included, so I felt fancy. Stan is the best. He texted me on our way down and was very communicative about check in. Since covid, things have changed compared to the regular scene at Queen Vic but everything was easy breezy. Breakfast was included each morning - they give you a slip to fill out and turn into a bowl by the front by 8pm that evening for breakfast the following morning. They deliver it to your room hot and fresh. There's also a little table and chairs for my room, outside a side door which is just darling. The weather wasn't the best for it during my stay, but for summer mornings I'm sure it's delightful. My room has huge windows which let is amazing morning light but can be blacked out with fabulous grey and silver curtains. All in all, a wonderful stay in my new favorite place (and my new favorite room). In regards to walking - it's right on Commercial Street - everything is within a quick walking distance. Go out and explore 🏳️‍🌈❤️✨✌🏻
