Relax on the porch at the White Porch Inn, the unique boutique Provincetown bed and breakfast and art hotel. The Boston Globe says about our unique Provincetown hotel: "Sand, sun, and the wide flat horizon where the bay meets the sky is what Provincetown is all about. The recently renovated WHITE PORCH INN captures this spirit by combining casual elegance with contemporary design in a style they call "beachy-chic." Our Provincetown hotel has clean lines, calming qualities to help you enjoy your P’town vacation. The rooms house have private baths, flat screen TVs, audio systems with bluetooth connectivity, free WiFi, A/C, and original paintings by artists from around the world. Many rooms also include fireplaces, spa tubs, and provide either views of the Pilgrim Monument, the roof tops of Provincetown, or water views. A mix of contemporary & traditional art works can be found throughout the White Porch Inn, Provincetown's first art hotel. Wine & Champagne is also available onsite.

We had such a great stay at the White Porch Inn. The inn is in a perfect location and the accommodations are lovely. Our room was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast left outside our door in the morning and everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating. A perfect place to stay in Provincetown!

We stayed in the Race Point room on the 2nd floor, which was tastefully decorated and bright during the day with great in-room wine offerings and a chic, modern bathroom. For anyone concerned about health and safety, WPI had hand sanitizer everywhere and there was minimal interaction with the inn staff. Owners Tom and Felipe were truly kind hosts, who took the time to make sure we knew how to mask up in town and had everything we needed, including wonderful complimentary breakfast. Seeing as it was our first time in PTown, we also liked the location of WPI, being center to really everything one needs - great restaurants, shops, galleries, bike rentals, CVS. We would definitely go back!

The White Porch Inn is hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed! Not only is it absolutely beautiful inside and out, it is centrally located, impeccably decorated, the rooms are incredibly comfortable, the breakfast is delicious (and filling!) and most importantly Tom and Felipe are incredible hosts! We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We got engaged during our stay here in Provincetown and they went above and beyond to make our day incredibly special...and even took spectacular photos for us on the rooftop patio which has gorgeous views of the water and town. We cannot recommend this amazing place enough! Despite the current COVID-19 health crisis, The White Porch Inn has taken extremely thorough precautions in terms of extensive cleaning and social distancing, we felt extremely safe and comfortable during our extended stay. We cannot wait to come back for many years to come and would not think of staying anywhere else!

Without question, the White Porch Inn is fabulous in every way. The blossoming gardens, peaceful porch, breathtaking room, and gorgeous art were just what we needed. We have stayed in many places in Provincetown -- White Porch Inn outshines them all.

From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and safe. The owners have done an incredible job ensuring that the common spaces are clean and that guests are following proper COVID regulations. These things did not at all take away from the beauty that is the White Porch Inn. We especially appreciated that the owners hosted a socially-distant/ responsible happy hour, complete with rose on the house. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the owners were so warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was delivered to our door every morning and there was an array of options to choose from. Our room (Long Point Light) felt like stepping into a cabin on a luxurious yacht. We had views of Provincetown Harbor and watched the sunrise from bed. We could not have asked for anything more.

Finally, you cannot beat the location. Who could ask for anything more!? We highly recommend the White Porch Inn.

P-Town’s Best Inn. I’ve been to every single hotel and B&B in Provincetown and hands down this is the best one. Why? The large beautiful white house has a perfect location - right off the main strip (Commercial Ave). The quality and cleanliness of the rooms is unmatched - the tubs, wine coolers, WiFi and other amenities are all superb and everyday a most delicious breakfast is served. Most importantly, the generous and sweet owners foster the most welcoming atmosphere of any of the inns in town. The wine hour on the porch is my favorite time of the day, don’t miss out on this place!

The location is amazing. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The room was beautiful, and we had a nice view of the water and the sunrise. The staff was very nice, and the covid procedures in place allowed us to feel safe. A wonderful breakfast was delivered to our door with no contact, and there is convenient hand sanitizer located near the front door. The inn has a nice variety of rooms to suite everyone. I would highly recommend it.

This lovely B&B looked good on line, and was even better in person! Super clean, friendly staff, and Tom, one of the congenial owners, was on site for several days. I was able to get directions from Vitaly and Hanna every day for the many tourist spots I wished to visit. I was able to order my breakfast in the evening, and the next day it was dropped in front of my room door, or I could pick it up in the kitchen. I felt very covid safe visiting this inn, and all state regulations were strictly adhered to ... Staff always cleaning, always masked, social distancing. Although the inn was fully booked, rarely saw other travelers. Loved my private bath and private fireplace! And you could see Cape Cod Bay from the front door! Plan to visit next spring!❤

The White Porch Inn is, well, a perfect Provincetown destination!

My partner and I arrived late on a chilly, rainy Friday after a long drive and were pleased our room was ready and exactly as pictured on-line. Welcomed by one of the owners, we took his perfect advice on where to have dinner that night.

P-town is known for quirky hotels...and so we chose Stage Harbor, a room with two spotless bathrooms, a bedroom and sitting room with direct access from the outside. While each of the two rooms were small, there was plenty of room all of our luggage and we were quite comfortable all weekend.

The Inn is located practically in the center of town with a number of great restaurants, shops and galleries nearby. COVID restrictions didn’t allow for any of the typical nightlife, but really enjoyed just walking and shopping throughout this beautiful town.

This is an absolute beautiful Inn with great hosts who make you feel very welcome and at home. It is located right in the heart of town on a small quiet side street. We were there for one night and wanted to stay longer after that one night because it is so pleasant to stay there. The room we had is very comfortable and clean and has the comforts you need. They treated us to wine in the afternoon and breakfast is included also. Unfortunately they were booked for several days after the one night we were there otherwise we would have stayed another 1-2 nights. We will definitely be back and recommend this Inn to anyone.

My husband & I went for a quick overnight to celebrate our anniversary. We were very pleasantly surprised by this absolutely beautiful & impeccably clean home. Our hosts Tom & Phillipe were so welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the Herring Cove room, and it was so creatively decorated and had everything we could have needed. The property and gardens were designed perfectly, with many different areas for sitting. One of the features we loved the best was that our room had it's own private entrance, and small deck with chairs for sitting outside with coffee in the morning or cocktails in the afternoon! Due to Covid regulations, breakfast was catered from a local restaurant and Tom delivered it to us. We were happy to see how spotlessly clean the room was! The location was PERFECT. This home is right down the street from the water, a great coffee shop and all the shopping and dining. We were sorry to have only booked one night and cannot wait to go back again!
