Provincetown is one of the top places to visit if you vacation with your dogs. We found the Aerie House a few years ago and was fortunate to have been able to stay at their Beach House condo, which is where Steve and Dave are now building their own dream home. The Aerie House on Bradford Street is a perfect B&B - quaint, comfortable, and wonderful breakfasts served buffet style daily. We would be heading back there next month if we weren’t headed to Europe instead. We love the hospitality and having our dogs welcomed into their home is part of why we come back. We love P-town and the Aerie House.

Steve and Dave and the Aerie staff have a good thing going. Lovely 3 story home with large outdoor deck, jacuzzi, daily housekeeping, complimentary hot/cold breakfast, bikes AND parking. Our two miniature schnauzers were welcomed with open arms. A+++

Great mid-week stay-cation in March to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. Full-bloom orchids greeted us in the sun room. Complimentary champagne in the fridge. Outdoor hot tub overlooking the harbor, stars and full moon. Right whales blowing in the bay. Immaculate suite at the very top of the house. Tasteful and artistic furnishings. Softest sheets ever. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the breakfast I've heard so much about (mid-week), but they gave me all the half-and-half necessary for enjoying my coffee in the room. Truly on top of the world, and glad they are open in the winter.

My fiancé and I just spent the weekend here with our dog. It was beyond our expectations! We have never been to Ptown, and was not sure how the winter would be. The Inn itself is in the perfect location from the beaches and town! We stayed in room 7 on the first floor. It was gorgeous. Everything was updated and cozy! Steve and Dave were amazing hosts! Thank you both so much, we will definitely be back!

This is the most wonderful guest house in Provincetown. My partner and I were here for Halloween with our Greyhound rescue and we had the best time. This place has free parking and is the perfect location where you can walk to everything. The guys make a huge 5 star breakfast for their guests and being dog friendly is a big plus! We have already booked for 2 more visits next year and can't wait till we return.
