This B&B is centrally located just on Commercial Street. We parked our car and didn't use it at all the few days we stayed. The breakfast is a mix of homemade granola, yogurt, , fresh fruit, and a homemade bread made by the housekeeper. Small and light but delicious! We had the room with the private bathroom. The room was... More

The owner called me stupid when we were talking, 30 seconds in. What kind of person is so mean right away? I will not be recommending this place to anyone. They ruined my vacation. I don't have time in my life for unhappy, mean people like that gentleman.

This no-frills but comfy as can be B&B in the heart of Provincetown is a true gem! Easygoing owners who understand if you need to leave bags to catch an extra hour of beach before hitting the boat back to Boston. DELICIOUS breakfast in the am, complete with homemade mulberry bread that is divine. It's just a walk off the... More

The Captain's House, and their affiliated property Chicago House, expertly hosted our large group of 34 people the weekend of 8/6 - 8/7. Planning the weekend with the owner was a wonderful experience. He was flexible, accomodating and was excited to partner with us on our event. The inn is quaint and welcoming, and the location can't be beat. Steps... More

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean. Air-conditioned rooms. The staff was very helpful. Very short walk to the ferry. And you can park your bicycle outside. Breakfast was small, but it was fine. I would stay here again, and the price was reasonable

My partner and I stayed at Captain's House for five (5) nights over July 4th, 2016 weekend. Peter and Mauricio were a delight to work with and they keep everything in perfect order. The grounds are clean, the courtyard comfortable, and the public spaces quaint. There are bikes available for use by the residents, but they are often in high-demand.... More

This is a very quit location just behind Monty's emporium. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. A great location to everything. I would recommend this to anyone that would ask me. The pricing is very affordable with this area. I had a room with private bath. Even with it being on the main floor it was still... More

For a weekend in Provincetown the Captain's House is ideal. The location is perfect, set just a bit back from Comercial street that the nightlife doesn't keep you awake but you're close to everything you could ever need. The hosts are lovely and great conversationalist over morning coffee, fresh fruit and homemade granola. The back patio is welcoming and relaxing... More

Took a trip this August to PTown with friends for Carnival Weekend. Peter and Mauricio (the owners) were so accommodating with everything from parking to letting us borrow bikes to ride around town. They serviced the room on a daily basis and provided a very convenient and delicious breakfast of fruit, yogurt, granola, banana bread, OJ, and coffee. The location... More

Captain's House is great for its prime location on Commercial Street. Walking distance to almost anything. The two men managing it will help you out with suggestions on what to do as a tourist. They were very accommodating to allow us leave our bags after we checked out and also let us borrow umbrellas during the downpour. However, the rooms... More
