Was in Provincetown for a family wedding. Many guests stayed here and all were happy! Clean, comfortable rooms with lots of space for luggage. Had a poolview room on the main floor with a Murphy Bed and sofa bed. If I ever find myself back in Provincetown I would stay here again. Only downside is that it is quite far...

I was fortunate to be asked by a close and generous friend recently to join her for a time share vacation in Provincetown. Who would say 'no' right?! My sister, our friend Alex, and the two of us planned to go..... sadly, only us latter three made it but nevertheless there we were- at the Sandcastle Resort. I go away...

Pros: Plenty of parking, updated appliances (microwave, stove) & have all the kitchenware you'll need (but who'll cook on vacation?) , hot tub & swimming pool, good sound proofing Cons: Twin sized murphy bed and a sofa bed made it very non-romantic for my wife's surprise birthday weekend, no view of the waters unless you walk behind the "Members Only"...

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review on Tripadvisor and I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I am disturbed that you were not aware before you booked your stay that the room had a double Murphy bed. We make every attempt to ensure that room descriptions on all booking sites...

The resort is very outdated. We had a 3rd floor room and no elevator. Room was a little dirty. 3 burned out light bulbs. Kitchen sink was separating from the counter. Broiler didn't work in the oven. I killed one roach. Honest! LOL I don't mind roughing it and the price was right. We still had a lot of fun

We stayed here on a RCI exchange. Maybe I've just been spoiled in the past, but I expected a nicer room. Either one with a view or a balcony. We got neither. Our view was of a parking lot and if you looked down you saw old discarded appliances. The resort appears to mostly have rooms with balconies so this...

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay with us and I am so pleased that you enjoyed your time at the Sandcastle. As an exchange guest you are assigned your room by the exchange company who owns the room and we do not have any control over which room they give you. I'm sorry you...

Stayed at the Sandcastle on Halloween weekend. This bay front hotel had plenty of parking and spacious rooms. Our ocean view room had a Murphy bed (queen) and a surprisingly comfortable pull out couch bed, in addition to the efficiency kitchen. Our bathroom was small but nice and clean. The hotel is 3 stories, but didn't have an elevator. I...

Stayed here last night and was very disappointed. Although staff was pleasant, the place needs a major renovation! Furniture and accommodations were ugly, scratchy, old, shaggy and stank of cigarette smoke. Because of this, we asked for a new room and were told there weren't any. After about 15 minutes, we were called back and informed of a room in...

First off the location was great,my kids loved the heated swimming pool, and the view was nice, but the bath room needs a lot of work. First the bath room doesn't have any type of exhaust fan,so when you get out of the shower you start sweating.2nd there was surface mold that some tried to scrub but wasn't successful.3rd paint peeling off...

The location was the best part. It was right on the water, literally walk outside and there's the beach. It was less than a five minute drive to the center of Provincetown which was great. All of the staff members who we encountered were pleasant. The only negative was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. Perfect place for our two day...
