Our room featured a comfortable Queen bed with attractive antique furniture and nautical/beachy decor. The bathroom was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Our roof deck seating featured comfortable cushions and a view of the gardens, and charming Koi pond. The Spring garden was in bloom. The walk to Commercial Street was quick, and we didn't use our car...

This place was fantastic! My mom and I spent Mother's Day weekend on the Cape and I got us a room here for one night. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! As soon as we arrived we were given a warm welcome (and some incredibly good cookies). The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a wonderfully...

My daughter and I stayed here one night on our exploration of Cape Cod. John and Patrick were the most welcoming hosts and our room was tastefully decorated in their lovely Bed and Breakfast, exactly what we were looking for. The people were welcoming, the breakfast incredible and the service outstanding! We will be back!

There is a reason this is the number 1 rated b&b in Provincetown. It starts with the owners, John and Patrick. After 4 days, we feel like we have met new friends, and have even invited them to visit next time they are in San Diego. The room, as were others we saw, were nicely furnished with nice beds and...

We recently stayed in the Koi Cottage at the Inn at Cook Street. This B&B is a great place - clean, quiet and well maintained. The main house, grounds and cottages are immaculate. The hosts, Pat and John, couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The location is just close enough to Commercial Street to make walking through Provincetown the...

We were very fortunate to have had the Inn for a family weekend over Easter. We have stayed here numerous times and the Inn is just such a beautiful place. We try to stay in the same room ( The Larchmont ) which has had a complete makeover. The new hard wood floors with the new paint color is spectacular....

What a wonderful time we had at the Inn with John and Patrick. They have made many changes. The paint choices and the beautiful refinished hard wood floors only serve to enhance the beauty of the Inn. John and Patrick always make one feel so important and special no matter how many times you visit. Thank you Guys for an...

Not quite summer yet, but spending Easter weekend at the Inn, was totally delightful! The weather beautiful and we really enjoyed heading over to Race point to watch the spectacular showing of right whales this year. A lot of the stores and restaurants were already open for the season too. it's good time of year to be here....why wait for...

Visited twice, both times in summer over the last two years Excellent location, a useful but not too far walk from the town centre Good rooms, strong facilities. Excellent on-site staff and the owners are friendly. Excellent breakfasts! Almost a home from home. Recommended very highly
