What a lovely hotel! Comfy bed, cozy fireplace, and our room had a kitchenette (sink, microwave and small fridge). It's perfectly situated in the center of town. The weather was too cold and windy to sit out in the courtyard, but it was inviting! We'll definitely be back!

Spent an evening here with some friends in the Family suite...and LOVED IT!!! The hospitality was "awesome" and the room was super clean! You are right in the middle of town for walking and all, they have a cozy sitting area outside with koi pond. Also, the breakfast was delicious...all good and five star plus review. Hope to return :) Thank you for the memories!

This was the highlight of our Cape Cod/Nantucket trip. One of the best B&Bs we’ve ever stayed at. The “room” was a mini-condo, complete with sitting room, full modern kitchen, large bedroom and first class modern bathroom. Lovely landscaped area and deck behind the hotel (and just outside our door). Barbara, the general manager, was fabulous to work with; friendly, helpful, willing to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. Full, very good hot and cold breakfast in a cheery room in the main building, punctuated by beautiful photographs by a local artist. We loved everything about our stay here. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a series of small buildings set around a small charming courtyard. There is a communal air conditioned great room where free breakfast is served, and it also has a small library. All the rooms are named instead of numbered - we stayed in Katharine Hepburn and Virginia Woolf, which are up a fairly steep staircase. They both have bathrooms with tub showers. It is confusing how to turn on the shower - for those rooms you have to pull the shower control towards you (this was marked on the tub in Katharine Hepburn but not Virginia Woolf). The buildings date back to the 1800s but have been renovated, but the bathrooms in these rooms are not super modern (but serviceable). The rooms are airconditioned (and have stove heaters for the winter but we were there in the summer). The location (Bradford Street) is great for walking on Commercial Street and is right next to the funicular entrance of the Pilgrim Monument. On our checkout day we were able to leave our luggage in the office after checking out and hang out in the great room before catching our ferry, which was very nice. There is also a rest room off the great room. My only complaint is that some of the coffee carafes at breakfast had cold coffee in them (including the only decaf one). I would definitely stay here again. Probably not the cheapest option in town but comfortable and convenient and on a fairly quiet street.

Overall, the location is great for Provincetown. I’m giving it 2 stars only because: 1) I booked the cheapest room called Hope. It was the smallest room in the property but for USD270 per night (before tax) I think it was overpriced as the bathroom is really really tiny. DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. The shower stall is so tiny it’s ridiculous. The toilet door closes weirdly and really it is the size of an airplane toilet. 2) The sink is next to the bed. Really strange. 3) This is Provincetown, so parking is going to be 5min walk up the hill from the property.

I recently had the good fortune to stay at Gabriel's inn. It is a charming, magical place. The koi pond in the courtyard and beautifully maintained gardens make morning coffee a memorable event! Our room was lovely, complete with a fireplace and kitchen. The welcoming hosts and great service staff made our stay so enjoyable! Can't recommend this place more!

Before you pay a deposit read the cancellation policy carefully!!! You could be responsible for the full price of the booked stay even if you have a family emergency or anything happens that you can’t go for any reason. I was booked for 5 days for a tune of $1300.00 and going to change the stay because we had an important event that came up but was told that we would be responsible for the complete stay unless they could re rent the room. We missed the important event, not flexible. Other than this, the place was very well located, the room was fine and the staff was friendly. I will never make this mistake again.

Pls take care booking here, I accidentally made a booking for the wrong dates. They sent me a text soon after making the booking, but I tried to amend the booking immediately and have contacted them many times but receive zero response. No flexibility re bookings if you make a mistake and they just ignore texts despite saying they are available for any queries. Very upset with the service received.

This is a really cute place that's friendly and small enough to make you feel like you are part of a little community. Location is right in the centre of Provincetown but on a quiet street - best of both worlds. If you arrive by ferry it's only a 7 minute walk to the hotel. The hotel consists of a cluster of individual buildings set around a sweet little courtyard. Our room was very nice with a fireplace, a kitchen sink and a nicely sized bathroom with a roomy shower. We loved that the room had a music button! The bed was comfortable though I wasn't keen on the duvet not being fully covered with a duvet cover. There was a skylight right above the bed but it came with a blind to close it at night. We thought breakfast was only held at the hotel in peak season but they had extended it into September, which was great because the breakfast room is lovely. Breakfast is simple but nice. The lady running the place was really lovely. A really warm and friendly atmosphere all around.
