What a beautiful experience! My daughter and I wanted to stay longer! The place is absolutely beautiful, the room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us! The pillows and bed super comfy and I slept like I haven't in a long time. The breakfast was delicious, big portions and the staff serving the breakfast were super nice and prompt. The hotel is within walking distance to Commercial street where all the restaurants are, the area is safe for a solo traveller and I have this feeling of wanting to go back and definitely stay at Gabriel's again! I can't wait to come back!

I love how this hotel is right in the center of town, yet you have an oasis away from the main street. there are many room options - I stayed in a very small room - my choice - that was so well-appointed I was amazed. quiet air conditioning unit, a great fan above the bed, Keurig coffee in the room, as well as a gas fireplace if the night was chilly! The shower was incredible, and even the toilet had a remote and was FULL of features! the central courtyard had a fire pit, plenty of space to have a conversation while looking at the Koi Pond, and the staff was just so helpful, friendly, and kind. I cant wait to return!

Perfect location for a visit to Provincetown! We rented a couple of rooms for a midweek stay at Gabriel’s. The rooms were quite different from each other, but both were exactly as described/pictured on their website. The hotel isn’t serving breakfast yet, but provided vouchers to a good casual breakfast place on the pier. It was a little unusual to never interact face to face with an employee, but communication via text/email was clear and effective. We will definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Ptown!

I was lucky to grab a last minute suite in this charming hotel. I’d stayed here years ago, and had forgotten how nice it was. The property is magical - koi pond and waterfall, gardens and paths and trees - and the location is the dead center of town. Showers are fantastic. Our kitchen was new, as were the stylish furnishings. Parking - that rarest of Ptown amenities - has been arranged a short walk away for a modest fee. The staff is hard-working but discreet. Every need or request was answered. Tip them well! But the true heart of the place is the two Elizabeths. Founder E Gabriel and her wife E Brooke are so nice, so charming, and so good at what they’re doing here that I can’t wait to return. Oh, and I’m bringing my puppy next time. Good ones are welcome here.

We had a wonderful experience at Gabriel’s. We had the Laurel suite which was amazing with awesome jacuzzi, steam shower and was pet friendly!! Would highly recommend. It is true there is no onsite parking ( not a problem for us) and loading and unloading luggage was a bit confusing on arrival. But this might be the case for many places in the cape. I would highly recommend if your looking for a romantic getaway. The court yard was quaint. We received a very nice reception upon arrival.

The only problem is the lack of parking. The parking lot is a strenuous 5 minute walk and there is very little space to unload the car. Also no breakfast. $10 voucher at a take out restaurant another 5 minute walk . The staff is extremely friendly. Accommodations are spacious.

I have been a guest of Gabriel’s for many years. The owners are very kind and helpful & have great recommendations for what to do around town. Close enough to commercial street without being in a noisy location. Would definitely recommend!

We had high hopes for this place. Based on the reviews and the fact that it was dog friendly, we booked the Julia Child apartment, which is billed as the top-of-the-line room to celebrate our one-year wedding anniversary. We were excited about our visit and looked forward to our celebration. It was a huge disappointment, to say the least. And I urge you not to make the same mistake we did and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! Where to begin... perhaps with the black mold growing in the bathroom, the extremely hard, uncomfortable, hot bed, the non-existent air conditioning, the skylight over the bed that was a literal spotlight waking you up in the morning, the dormers right over the bed for you to smack your head on in the middle of the night, the ability to hear every word of your neighbor’s conversation through thin walls, the dangerous dark outdoor staircase...the list goes on. (Oh, and it’s definitely not ADA compliant if that’s a concern.) The most frustrating part? The complete and utter lack of customer service. When we reached out to the numbers provided for feedback, we were solidly ignored. Like punitively so. I know I sound like a complaining Karen, but we spent quite a bit of money here to have what we hoped would be a luxurious, lovely experience. It was miserable. We had three nights booked and left after two because it wasn’t worth the misery of staying there the third night. After listing the complaints, Elizabeth (the owner/manager?) finally got back and said she would refund our third night, but it’s been more than two weeks now, and after three follow-up emails and two phone calls, I still haven’t gotten a response or any money back from anyone from this place. It’s truly disheartening that someone in the service industry would treat a customer like this. To be honest, we weren’t really expecting a refund because of the draconian cancellation policies, but if you’re going to offer one, you should follow through. At the very least offer some sort of apology or at least try to make us feel somewhat better for a crappy experience. And yes, everyone is doing the best they can during COVID, but isn’t that a reason to try to satisfy the customers you do get right now?? So, dear fellow travelers, please do yourselves a favor and stay elsewhere when you come to sweet Provincetown. There looked to be many other charming options. Don’t fall into the trap we did. Save yourselves!

Stayed recently at Gabriel's with our furry friend in the Hope Room. The room is advertised as pet friendly, economical, the hotel's smallest with a very small bathroom. While all that is spot on, the very small bathroom was a show stopper for us. Gabriel's has a wonderful location near the center of town and we were provided generous breakfast vouchers to make up for the lack of provided breakfast due to the coronavirus. The Hope Room itself was small but adequate and loaded with stuff like a firplace, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, stove top, tv, comfortable bed and abundant drawers. Utilizing the same overall space, we would have preferred less of these furnishings and an enlarged bathroom to make a much more comfortable experience. Consequently, we can't recommend the Hope Room but others at Gabriels could be a better choice!

Stayed here for an overnight and had a very nice time. We were joining friends who were staying here for a week-long vacation. The owners were in communication prior to our check-in regarding COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines. We arrived early and were able to get to our room immediately. We stayed in MICHAEL PATRICK which consisted of a sitting area, kitchen and two beds (one separate from the main room) as well as two bathrooms. The place was very clean and the owners were very accommodating. Parking is offsite (about a five minute walk up a hill) and was only a problem during checkout because drop off parking was taken up by workmen. We wound up parking on the street to get our bags into the car. This place is centrally located just behind Town Hall (you will here the bell rolling the hour and half hour, so if you are a light sleeper, plan accordingly. We would definitely stay here again as it was really an ideal location and the owners were wonderful!
