One of a kind. There is no other inn or hotel like this, anywhere in the world. The people who work here- are so, so nice- and go above and beyond to accomodate and make guests feel at home. The view is lovely, the grounds are something out of a storybook. The breakfast each morning is great- it has everything you would need. So quiet and tranquil. The Lands End Inn is a gem.

OMG! I forgot to write this. We were here Nov 2018 for our anniversary. Thanks to my generous sister we stayed in one of the two best rooms. Just amazing. gorgeous furnishings and fabulous views. Great breakfast! Got to hear singer Alice Howe and Freebo at cocktail hour. Quite a treat. The other guests were really friendly. It really made our 20 th anniversary so special. Everything about this place was wonderful. I am so sorry I forgot to write a review. Stay here and if you can afford it stay in one of the 2 best rooms. If not the other rooms are lovely also. You will have a fabulous time. I am sure it has gotten even better. Mmm

I absolutely adored the Land's End Inn. The views are stunning and the inn itself is so quaint. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfy and you can't beat the waterfront views from basically anywhere in the hotel! Our room even had a little patio which was great to sit on and enjoy some wine. The staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed the daily happy hour! The Inn is walkable to everywhere in town. I cannot wait to come back to visit again!

Beautifully furnished inn at far end of Cape Cod. I loved the comfortable bed and room and exquisite decor. But what made my stay so special was the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel at home. It was delightful meeting other guests from other states and other countries. Getting around by foot was easy. The Pilgrims First Landing Park and Provincetown Causeway is a 15-minute walk. In the other direction, the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum and commercial center is a 25-minute walk.

Beautiful in and out. Unfortunately we had 60 mph winds with driving rain during our stay. I could never have thought of a more gorgeous place to spend it looking out an oversized picture window at the tempest outside. Our only negatives were a small dark room and a more than unfriendly daytime manager. I'm not sure why they would have someone like that working in such an intimate environment. Oh well...

Stopped by Land's End this past August while in P-Town for a look-see. Decided on the spot to reserve the Bay Tower Room for our secret wedding destination in January 2023; just the two of us. The surroundings, staff and other guests were perfectly accommodating. The Inn and room were very well appointed. Everyone was kind and smiling. Views are over the top! Thanks to the staff for taking such great care of us and the complimentary bottle of bubbles; our fellow guests for kindly taking photos of our special event; and others for sending us dessert drinks during dinner at Mews! SO kind of everyone. A magical place! Highly reccommend!

Lovely Historic Inn within walking distance of everything in P Town yet tucked away on a quiet street. Our room was lovely…. Nicely decorated with a working fireplace and a large well-appointed bathroom and plenty of closet space. The staff was helpful, dinner at the hotel was very good as was the complimentary daily breakfast. We loved it and will be back again!!!

Was trying to rebook/plan a very special sisters family trip that had been postponed due to Covid travel restrictions. Given we already had planned accommodation at this Inn pre pandemic and I live in the UK and my sisters live in yet another country I wanted to get it booked as easily in advance as possible so we could book transport asap. I both called and emailed to ask the earliest I could make a reservation in advance. Marked the date to book in my diary but thought I’d email again to ask about deposit as I was getting conflicting info and needed to coordinate funds. I was told full price was due at booking then when I mentioned website said deposit was 50 percent they corrected themselves. Then casually mentioned btw there is a 4 night minimum stay. No where on the website or during any previous enquiries was this minimum mentioned and I do not recall this being the case pre pandemic. It feels like they have suddenly made up this new summer minimum despite it being a bed and breakfast and not a resort! The CS rep was rude and dismissive. Told me to just book elsewhere not caring the least this holiday has been planned for over 3 years!

We chose Lands End Inn as it’s hard to find a bad review on Tripadvisor. Sadly our experience here didn’t quite match our expectations. I will start with the positives first: an exquisite building perched high on a hill top with great views. The grounds were immaculate and very pretty. The breakfast was good and the cheese and wine a nice added offering. The interior decor of the communal lounge is very quirky and definitely Instagramable. Now for the negatives: Being from abroad I needed some guidance on restaurants and places to visit. My first email was ignored, my second email got a response. There were suggestions on where to go however there was no concierge service as described on the website with an offer to assist with bookings. We were definitely left to our own devices. I emailed the property to say we were arriving after 9pm due to a flight delay. They made no mention of there being nobody to check us in. We struggled up a hill in the dark with all our luggage and fumbled around trying to find our room following an instruction off a note left on the door. Our room, Mission Oak was the biggest disappointment. It was described on the website as suitable to sleep four people. There was no way we could manage with the space available and my husband and daughter ended up finding a supplementary room at another inn the next day. It was said to have a sea view, which was only possible off one chair outside on the deck. It was incredibly dark! We needed lights on all day to see what we were doing. The beds were rock hard. We were disturbed by the people in the room above us. On the first day the room was also not cleaned. No member of staff introduced themselves. We weren’t made to feel welcome and we got the impression that this place runs on autopilot off the back of good reviews and reputation. It’s definitely a spot that I feel gets plenty of return guests who know which rooms to request and know how the place operates but as a complete newcomer I would recommend doing your research well and manage your expectations. So to conclude, we checked out a day early as we simply were not comfortable and our family was split up.

We stayed for one night in P-Town so we chose this very unique guesthouse. We were in the bay tower room with insane views and wild decor (much like the whole place). The guest house is quirky, imaginative and comfortable. We loved it. Staff were welcoming and talked to us about the history of the area. There is a generous cheese and drinks reception in the afternoon and a light breakfast each morning. This is a very special and memorable place.
