This was our first stay at the Inn. The location is incredible! Went for a beautiful run right from the property along the ocean. Having a private outside area was a plus. The views from our deck were spectacular! A great touch having a complimentary wine and snack basket delivered in the evening. Will definitely return.

This small 18 room hotel is perched on top of a hill with 180 degree+ views of Province Town. We stayed in the Bay Tower room which is an amazing octagon room on the top floor of the hotel with views everywhere you look. This room also features a large private walk around balcony where you can relax and enjoy the weather in your own space. The staff in the hotel are friendly and attentive, and as we stayed there during the pandemic felt they did a fantastic job keeping the hotel clean and safe while still delivering excellent service.

Great care given by the staff all while staying almost completely out of sight. Virtual check in/check out and menu drops for breakfasts and happy hours and all delivered perfectly on time. I would recommend this place to anybody for a week or just a long weekend as we had.

This was our 2nd visit. Have stayed in Wisteria and French Country. Both clean and comfortable. All COVID measures were taken. Felt very secure. Happy Hour and Breakfast were perfect with options. The view is breathtaking. You have to see it to believe it. A great escape. Just keep in mind Ptown has lots of 1-way streets. Please follow guidance on travel and parking. It is not a challenge and believe me the Inn is well worth it. We will be back late summer/early fall. Thanks for making such a great place to stay.

5 stars plus another 5 for the view. We stayed in the Bay Tower room. It was truly one of the best mini vacations that we’ve had. Such privacy and yet attentive staff. The breakfast service and afternoon wine basket was lovely. I cannot say enough about the 180 degree view from this room, I was in awe. The bed was very comfortable, the room was beautiful, the bathroom and shower very well kept. We cannot wait to go back!!!
