Just stayed for 2 days in our small RV. Great location, easy walk to town, incredibly clean bathrooms and showers (more uncommon than you would hope) and wonderful welcoming staff. We got in late the first night and were greeted by Kevin who gave us the rundown, pointed to a great site and said just come back tomorrow morning to...

The place can be tricky to find since it is an area of a half million dollar + homes but once you get there, the people are super nice, the campground is clean and friendly, it's within walking distance of the main hub of P'Town life but far enough away where you don't hear it at night. And you are...

New ownership brings a new website. Since January 2017 you can now make reservations online at Coastal Acres Campground and pay by credit card. Campsite map shows which sites are available for your travel dates. A very welcome service improvement. Looking forward to summer 2017.

New to camping in Provincetown. The staff were very helpful. Our site was quiet. Loaned us a electric extension when ours wasn't long enough. New owners very friendly and seem like they are turning this campground around to make it really nice. You could not ask for a better location you can walk 10 minutes and be in downtown where...

This is a campground where everyone is welcome and where the LGTB community members will feel at ease. It is about a twenty minutes walk from the center of town. The staff ( especially Ken and Kevin) went out of their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. It was the first time we stayed at...

This place had been here since the 60's. Nothing has changed other than the rising daily rates. I remember it at $24 back in the 90's, now it's $42 a day. They now take credit cards. Back in the day it was only a check by mail or cash in person. Nice they are moving up with technology. They still...

My experience at Coastal Acres was great! I have been coming here most every year since I was small and now under new management I had no complaints. I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The website is new and people will soon be able to make online reservations. I always feel welcome and comfortable among such a diverse...

Had a great stay at this campground. I had stayed here in the past, but it's been five or six years ago. The location was always great - so easy to get to town or to the beach. I found out that the campground has been under new ownership for a couple of years - and what a difference in...

“Your choice of a site should be based on your needs. However, the choice limited if the campground is almost full.”

“The camp sites along the pond are quiet, however they do not have full hook ups there. Bring lots of bug spray, as anywhere in town is buggy. Also remember there are no open fires allowed. At the far right side of the campground there is a short cut into town, it will save you time and walking (before you do this at night and bring a flashlight, take the time to walk it during the day).”
