We spent 2 nights at Bayberry in mid December. We arranged for one of the larger rooms which included a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable and heating was good for early winter. Rooms are decorated with original Tiffany lamps and other period glass and ceramics as well as many paintings. Because of this, I would not recommend this guest... More

This place is a comfortable home away from home. I liked that each room at the B&B had its own bathroom. When I woke up early, I just went and read in the common room - kind of like my living room at home. We walked everywhere from this place.

The B&B was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious, had a fireplace, good closet space, great air conditioning, a very good shower and bathroom. I think that there was even an iron and ironing board in the room. The continental breakfast had one in-house baked item and some others which were locally purchased and not quite as good. It... Our first stay at Bayberry, but yearly travelers to P-town for carnival week. We were very pleased with the comfort of the beds, cleanliness, bathroom, and closet space. The hosts do a stellar job of upkeep, as well as going beyond expectations with freshly baked muffins in the morning. We especially liked the location for reaching our most desirable walking... This really is the best location for exploring everything Provincetown has to offer. Excellent restaurants, shops, and nightlife just a block away, and yet the guest house itself is on a quiet and lovely side street. My partner and I stayed in the private room off the kitchen, and our two friends stayed in the other 1st floor room across... More

We rented the full apartment and it was an outstanding choice. We tend to be early risers so it was very convenient to have our own kitchen and be able to make our own breakfast and coffee when we got up and to be able to pop back in for lunch during the day. (We picked up groceries at the... More

Stayed here for bear week. Loved the location. Quick Walk away from the boat slip and tea dance. Rooms very well kept with daily upkeep. Great ac in the rooms for those humid days or nights. Our room had a nice breeze. Continental Breakfast was fresh baked good and fruit. The owners were super friendly and helpful! They also own... More

My partner and I stayed here for a night in Provincetown. It is owned by a female couple who were both so welcoming and nice to us, as was the father of one of them, who also lives there. It's just on the edge of the main street in the town, where everything is going on - it's all very... More

Stayed here for one night this summer. Very nice accommodation - friendly hosts, excellent breakfast. Very clean room, comfortable bed, air con etc. Friendly vibe. Bathroom was a little basic but very functional. Excellent location - easy to walk to from the ferry. Would certainly recommend.

My wife and I stayed for a short holiday from Sun-Wed at the beginning of June. This is a bed and breakfast with an excellent location very close to Commercial street, but just far enough away to feel very private. Our room on the second floor was comfortable and quiet. The co-owners were incredibly gracious. Breakfast was delicious. Great value... More
