What a charming little B&B. Love the ways J² have embraced the charm and features of this historic home. Mirrors and cute chandeliers add to the ambiance of the piano in the parlor and the clothing optional deck out back. However, the true star of the show is Jim's breakfast! I could eat it every day. The attention to detail with the adorable idividual cast iron pans, daily pastries, and copious amounts of coffee in mugs with perfect handles are all reasons I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much for being such kind hosts.

We returned this year again to stay after the PMC ride, and as usual we were so happy with our stay. Jim and Jeff welcome us to such a cozy, lovely home with perfect sleeping and gathering places. We always meet fun people, and get wonderful dinner recommendations. The inn is perfectly, centrally located in town and has everything we could ever need - including the best breakfast. We cannot wait for our next stay. Thank you Jim and Jeff!

This was my and my husband's first ever trip to Provincetown and it was our first vacation in almost 10 years, so we were looking for something a little more intimate than a big box hotel. We absolutely got that at the Gaslamp. We stayed in room 8, a garret (watch your head) with its own bathroom, and found it cozy and comfortable. The stairs up to the room are quite steep, too, so beware. The breakfasts were always delicious, cheesy eggs, homemade cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit and yogurt, and overnight oats. It was all delicious! We had breakfast out on the deck amidst their herb and vegetable garden. We enjoyed our stay immensely! Thank you Jim & Jeff! We would definitely stay with you again!

The whole process was stress free: The morning of our day of arrival, I received a text message from the owners with instructions to enter the house. Waiting for us was a bottle of local wine and chocolates and a note congratulating us on our anniversary! Their breakfast was delicious and served on their patio (with beautiful plants everywhere). The other guests were friendly as well, and gave my husband and me some good tips on where to visit and which galleries to check out. The room was small, but that was what we expected --- and it was very clean and the queen bed was comfortable. (We slept well.) We had a ceiling fan and an AC. Our room had access to two shared bathrooms, which were always clean. (Some rooms have private bathrooms.) Oh --- the owners, Jeff and Jim, are so, so friendly! Would we stay here again? Absolutely. This will be the first place we check when we come back!

I heard of the Gaslamp from friends and read the reviews. The house is beautiful, and is conveniently located to Commercial St. The hosts Jim & Jeff were amazing, friendly, welcoming. The breakfast they freshly prepared everyday filled me up for the day. They were great with recommendations of what to do, where to go, and were so accommodating. The rooms were very clean, cool, and spacious. The other guests that stayed there were so friendly. I plan on coming back and I am definitely staying here again. If you want a place to stay in PTown, then look know further. Thank you again Jim and Jeff !!

After staying many places in Provincetown over the years, this was my partner's and my first stay at a bed and breakfast; and the experience was great. Jeff and Jim are such friendly, thoughtful hosts. Breakfast every morning on the secluded, lush green terrace was excellent (very good options to choose from, and lots of coffee!). The location cannot be beat - very central to everything. The bed in our room was very comfortable. And the other guests were very friendly as well. This was a fun way to experience Ptown in a different light and we cannot wait to visit the Gaslamp again. Thank you, Jim and Jeff!

I had only decided to visit the week before, and due to a cancellation, I was able to book at the Gaslamp in Ptown! What a terrific experience!! The hosts, Jeff and Jim, were so welcoming; the room was super clean and kept very cool; the guests were super friendly; and the breakfasts were amazing (no need to eat lunches! ). I highly recommend it!

Gaslamp feels like a cozy home each time that I’ve stayed. The couple that runs it welcomes you with open arms and the most relaxing environment with all the amenities you could ask for. Perfect location, absolutely ideal for any Ptown experience with its proximity to convenience stores, major entertainment area, and 5 minute walk to the ferry. And the breakfast: something to write home about. Truly remarkable, well plated, delicious meals. Highly recommend

Jim and Jeff are terrific hosts - nice, caring and very welcoming. The location is steps away from the main commercial strip and the ferry terminal BUT surprisingly still quiet and calm. The backyard that serves as breakfast area and afternoon hang out spot is also a refuge after a busy day walking around town. The rooms are unique, and they make you feel at home as a local.Breakfast comes in individualized baskets with your name, and so pretty you can feel the care put into preparing every detail of it. Overall, highly recommended for value for money.
