Diane and Valerie our hostesses aimed to please and they hit a bullseye.... They were both friendly and informative, giving us information on activities and site seeing recommendations. I feel terrible disappointed by Ravenwood. I set a reservation and the next day they asked me to cancel it because they have a "three night minimum" for Memorial Day weekend. In the reservation webpage they did not specify anywhere this "3 night minimum" rule. I have even lost the money that I invested in my cruise to Provincetown because now I cannot find where to accommodate. Terrible that they do this!!!

Response from Diane C, Owner at Ravenwood

We are extremely sorry that you felt compelled to write your comment as we have been in business for over 35 years and take customer satisfaction very seriously. And we are also very sorry but you are mistaken regarding notifying guests about the 3 night minimum. If you go to our website under policies you will clearly see that we have stated a 3 night minimum for Memorial Day weekend. Also, on the booking.com listing you will see that we have a three night minimum specified. I think our 35 years in business and our guest return rate speaks volumes to our reliability.

My wife and I traveled to Ptown for our first time and were so lucky to have stayed at the Ravenwood Cottage on Bradford Street. The cottage is fantastic! I’m already counting down the days until next summer’s vacation when I can return again! Upon checking in we met Diane and Val at their Ravenwood Inn location just up the road. They were so friendly, and accommodating. They made us feel so welcome! Diane was very knowledgeable about great restaurants, and activities around the town, as well as where the closest grocery stores were and other accommodations. Val gave us a ride over, and when we arrived at the cottage we fell instantly in love! It was SO clean and was everything we had pictured for our vacation. There is as fully equipped kitchen, as well as a grill on the side of the house. There are beautiful sky lights in every room that let a great breeze in! The enclosed patio was fantastic! We were able to relax in privacy. In the cottage Diane and Val also have a book that outlines everything in the area, from local stores to the towns weekly events. I have been back home a week now and can't get over what a great vacation I had. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you Diane and Val for your hospitality!

We came to P-Town for the first time and were lucky enough to have stayed at Ravenwood. Diane and Val were absolutely wonderful - very kind, gracious and accommodating. The penthouse was very cute - and the cool breeze coming through the windows was a dream. Location-wise, it was a short walk from great spots like Saints and Strangers, Spindlers and more. Definitely recommend it!
