I can't say enough positive things about my recent experience this weekend at the Eben House or the several other times I've stayed there. They truly treat all of their guests like family. Tim, Cassandra and Marcia are the BEST and #1 in customer service in PT. I'm almost afraid to spread the word...... But, this is one of the most enjoyable stays you will ever have. Not to mention, TOP notch breakfast which is always delicious.

Just got back from 3 nights at Eben House. And we have already booked our next stay. Tim, the corporate director of guest experience, was just wonderful. We enjoyed several conversations with him, an easy person to feel like you've known a long time. And on the last morning, we met Michael, who was great too. Marcia, who took care of the rooms, was lovely. Even though it is the beginning of fall, at the end of the summer season, both Tim and Michael were so friendly and upbeat and fun, no signs of weariness. The breakfasts in the morning were delicious, well presented. Delicious vegetable and cheese couissants and very good greek yogurt. I am a coffee fanatic and my partner a tea fanatic. Both the coffee and tea were perfect. We sat outside under the trees and with all of the birds. Very peaceful. And there was just the right music coming through the speakers outside during our breakfast (ragtime, Nina Simone-ish kind of music). I think we had the smallest room, #10. I would recommend another room. Though there is a fireplace and a good shower in the room, it is very small (not much room for clothes) and only one chair for sitting. It also is a bit noisy (footsteps upstairs are easily heard as is noise on the street). But even with those caveats, we would rent it again if it was the last room available, just to stay there. The mattress and sheets were extremely comfortable. Overall, highly recommend the whole experience.

We celebrated a special birthday with a stay at The Eben House in August, 2021. At check-in we were welcomed with a special birthday card for my husband and informed that they had baked a special birthday cake to accommodate my husband's dietary restrictions. Our room was extremely clean and well appointed located near the garden pool which was a lovely place to have our in-house breakfast. We highly recommend this as an exemplary bed and breakfast. We can't wait to return for another get-away. Cassandra and staff made it a welcoming experience.

Where do I start? From Tim and Cassandra's gracious welcome to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary with a bottle of bubbles, to the perfect room, poolside reclining, and delicious breakfast, Eben House was an A+ experience from start to finish. We can't wait to book our next stay! Thanks so much!!

Room Tip: Our room was right by the street - a little more noise during the day, but nice and quiet at night!

It was my partner and I’s first trip to Provincetown and the weekend couldn’t have been better. The anchor of our experience was staying at the Eben House. Our experience started even before arrival - Tim communicated with us where to park and make sure we had directions the to property before we arrived. Tim took very good care of us and all the guests on property as if we were staying at his home. He gave us a quick historical tour of the hotel and set us up with dinner recommendations for the weekend - all were top notch recommendations and personalized to what we were in the mood for. We stayed in the deluxe king room. It was beautiful, clean and airy. Breakfast each morning was delicious - we suggest trying a sweet AND a savory :). The pool was a communal area to meet other guests on property all which were welcoming and kind. If you are thinking of visiting Provincetown for the first time or if you’ve been here before - look no further for a place to stay. You’ve found it at Eben House!
