This hotel was so accommodating and personable. It was pet friendly and impeccably clean. The clerk at the desk was genuinely nice and very informative. The pool was gorgeous only Covid restrictions were in place. Beautiful rooms. We will return. Got to see a lot of the Mayflower attractions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Trip Advisor! I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and found the team to be nice and informative. Our hotel is in a perfect location for anyone wishing to see some of the historical attractions in Plymouth as well as for anyone here to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. The hotel is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops! Now, you can even bring your furry friend along for any of your getaways as we are pet friendly! We recognize that pets are part of the family and deserve a vacation from home too! During this time, our hotel is following COVID CDC guidelines and we are taking extra precautions- utilizing an electrostatic spryer- to ensure all of our guests have a clean and safe stay during this time. We look forward to serving you again in the future!

When I called the main number to see what the availability and amenities were the lady specifically told me that there was a hot breakfast provided. That was not the case, which I did not find out until the next morning. If I had known this ahead of time I could’ve made arrangements to get breakfast elsewhere. I was also told that the pool was available. When I got to the check-in desk, I was handed a welcome letter that also stated that the pool was open, and it listed the times. Not only was it listed, but the section about the pool was specifically highlighted. When I came back that evening and went to use the pool I learned that it was shut down. I was also told that I was getting a balcony view at the time of purchase, however, when I got there I was told that there were no balcony views available, even though I had already reserved the balcony view. As far as the room itself, it was pretty decent other than a hair clip on the side of the bureau from the previous occupant and debris behind the main door. This is not a huge deal, however, it did make my wife uncomfortable. She felt as though the room had not been cleaned thoroughly considering they did not notice these things. We stay in Plymouth once or twice a year and this was our first time trying this hotel. Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with these issues. I understand that this is a difficult time and changes were made based on that, however if I was told about these things ahead of time, I could have made arrangements accordingly. I was given one story over the phone, but received something different when I got there. It was too late to go somewhere else so I had to deal with it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Trip Advisor. I am sorry to see that we fell short of your expectations during your stay. I apologize for any confusion with your reservation at the time of booking and when you checked in. I am sorry to hear that you were misinformed about amenities available at the hotel. Unfortunately, here at the hotel we currently do not have our Bistro open. Although open for a very brief period in the summer of 2020, the Bistro has been closed for the last six months. We do our best to communicate this with our guests during the time of booking and at the time of check in as well as in the welcome letter. I apologize if any wrong information was somehow miscommunicated to you. Our pool is temporarily closed, however, we do hope to open it up again to our guests within the next couple of weeks as we are experiencing mechanical issues. We are working as quickly as possible to get this area back up as running as we understand many of our guests look forward to this feature. We try our best to communicate our pool updates with signage at the front desk. I am sorry to know that we fell short on the cleanliness aspect of your stay. This is certainly not a typical experience. We will share your feedback with the housekeeping team as well. We see this as an opportunity to better serve our guests in the future. We do encourage all of our guests to alert us to any issues they are experiencing, especially in their guest room, so that we can make it right during their stay. We certainly never want our guests to feel as though they need to "deal with it" as a solution. As mentioned in my email to you, please feel free to contact me directly at 508-747-4900 should you wish to further discuss your stay. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future!

We had a nice suite overlooking the pool, spacious and comfy. Having the suite was great for getting take-out since many restaurants are booked fast because of covid. Nice bed and comfy couch for sleeping. Great pool, like a tropical oasis in the atrium. Clean and nice, friendly staff.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a perfect rating here on TripAdvisor! It was our pleasure having you as a guest, and are happy we were able provide you with the quality stay that you deserve. Our pool balcony suites surely are inviting and comfortable. I personally find the dark blue's and grays with the nautical undertones to be so cozy! Our location is unbeatable and within just a short walk to several restaurants all of which offer take-out during these trying times. Our guests often leave their car in the same parking spot for their whole stay, which makes vacation even more enjoyable. Plymouth truly has something to offer to everyone. From dozens of excellent restaurants, bars, golf courses, whale watching tours, historical sights, to beautiful beaches there truly is something for everyone to enjoy. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Great staff, nice clean rooms...Only problem with your bar not bwing open amd some amenities being unavailable you can't charge a full price, because of that reason but they do anyway...open the bar and the rest of the hotel and then charge full price...if you went to a restaurant and only got half the food you paid for, would you pay full price? No
