What a wonderful break. We stayed in Vellum Cottage - a small but lovely and comfortable and very well equipped cottage - perfectly sized for our family of 4. The children loved it too - the bunk beds were a huge hit. The swimming pool, games room and laundry room were all lovely and made the stay very convenient if...

Had booked for Burys Cottage after winning this break in a charity auction. Burys is described as a romantic & cosy and the only cottage with a 4 poster bed, so you can imagine we were slightly disappointed when we arrived to be told it was not available as it was being decorated. Given that the owners had our contact...

The Kennet and Avon canal is only 3/4 mile so guests with or without dogs can enjoy the great walks it offers together with the magnificent scenery along the Limpley Stoke valley into Bath or Bradford on Avon. We visited from Ireland for the week of May 23-27 inclusive. Overall very pleased indeed with Church Farm Cottages. We had our two daughters (3yrs and 6mths) and the cottage was ideal. Very private and peaceful. Lovely farm walk around to the neighbouring Hartleys Farm Shop and Café. We highly recommend Church Farm Cottages.
