This hotel meets the standard for a typical Marriott. Check in was fine. Fast and easy. Let's not discuss the lobby as it is under reconstruction. We recently booked a room at another local hotel. Upon check in we were very disappointed and left feeling uncomfortable. We searched for another nearby hotel, and you had availability. We typically choose places more budget and amenity friendly. We were willing to try Marriott with breakfast included to see if we got our money's worth. We did get a quiet room as requested. The customer service at this hotel was AMAZING!!! Jeff the General Manager went above and beyond more than they had too and for that we are very grateful. If you want a great hotel that treats you like a person and not a number you need to stay here

Arrived to check in and discovered the hotel is under renovation for 12 weeks.. Only one elevator working, so prepare for long waits. The rooms are extremely drafty in the winter so expect to crank up the heat to keep the room at 68-70. Room renovations are good. Attractive furnishings, comfortable bed. Very good service and the lady at the front desk gave me concierge lounge access which was a really nice plus. Hotel is clean and is pretty standard for a Marriott. Not fancy, but adequate, clean, and comfortable. Will stay again in the area.

Freezing and stripped down room. Second visit with no heat; cold air blows over the bed when you try to warm the room. Pushed thermostat as high as it would go. No refrigerator or hairdryer. Staff nice; room quiet; free newspapers; location convenient.
