From entering the property, being welcomed by wonderful staff, checking into a very clean ocean view room; our October get away in Cape Cod kept getting better. A short walk down the path to Nauset Beach on the National Sea Shore was spectacular! Night time under the stars sitting at the grand firepit with the roar of the ocean in the background was amazing. Plenty of restaurants to choose breakfast, lunch and dinner are a short ride away. Can't wait o go back, planning a winter get away and booked next October while there!

It was cloudy for the two days we were there, but we are looking forward to returning on a clear night to see the stars over the ocean from our ample room. The Inn is located at the entrance to the beach. There’s a big front lawn area that overlooks the ocean (great for kids to keep busy) and there is a walkway access to the beach. The rooms are simple, the beds are comfortable for two people each. There is a gas fireplace and air-conditioning for comfort. The gas fire pit area is large and perfect for congregating with your favorite beverage. It’s a friendly place and everyone is nice to talk to. There are markets and restaurants within a 10 minute drive, and you’re already staying at the beach… As mentioned, it was cloudy when we stayed there, so looking forward to returning and getting up at 6 AM to view the sunrise. The proprietor is a nice fellow, too!

Hard to beat the location! Located just next to the parking area for Nauset Beach, the rooms offer incredible ocean views, and you can simply walk right onto Nauset Beach. For these reasons, it is a pretty spectacular place to stay. When you arrive early you are able to park and use the beach until your room is ready, and stay on the day of your checkout. This is a very nice option that helps maximize your beach time. This seems to be an old property that is being modernized, so you have to set your expectations accordingly. The main bedroom was very nice with a wonderfully comfortable bed, but the bathroom needs some love, and looks a bit untouched since the 50's. While clean, some might not like that. We were also surprised that a blow dryer was not included, we asked and they said they did not supply them for fear of everybody using them at once and tripping their breakers. This can be a deal breaker for some, and I had to run to CVS to buy a blow dryer, a first! A simple continental breakfast is provided, but I recommend that you may want to supplement with some of your own cereal or oatmeal as the muffins go quickly. The checkin/checkout/reservation process was pleasant and touch free. If you are looking for an opportunity to feel like you are staying at the beach, and don't mind a little bit of a rustic setting, then you will absolutely enjoy your stay here,

Very spacious simple cottages. Very clean and up to date. Amazing location and views. Room 12 is a gem with its own patio and fire pit. David the owner is very nice and accommodating. We ate all our meals on the patio on the table with an umbrella! I would definitely return here and highly recommend this place. PS I usually don't write reviews, but this place was worth my time to write one.

The view Nauset Beach Inn offers is absolutely breath taking. I never wanted to leave! They have grills, a huge modern fire pit, breakfast and more. BONUS: The staff could not be anymore friendlier. We will be returning but with our family so they can also enjoy this hidden gem. Thank you Nauset Beach Inn!!
