The Tivoli Inn is a beautiful Victorian Gingerbread House which has the island charm and exudes a clean and friendly atmosphere. Guest love the location as it is located in a residential setting with Hiawatha Park across the street and walking distance to all Oak Bluffs has to offer. It is a 5 minute walk to the beginning of town with many fine restaurants and shops, and nightlife. The beach, public transportation and seasonal ferry terminals are approximately a 10 minute walk. Oak Bluffs is a quaint and lively town and known for its colorful gingerbread houses which are a short stroll away from the inn. Come stay with us for the local flavor and friendly hospitality that everyone deserves!

I will always take the time to speak highly of the Tivoli Inn, and Lisa, and her hard work and preparedness toward making sure your island visit is excellent. We've stayed here many times on family trips, and it never fails to amaze me how well taken care of I feel when I'm at Tivoli. Lisa is an amazing inkeeper; well-prepared, thoughtful, informed, and kind. Every space in the inn was as always clean and well-stocked and beautiful. This was truly the most wonderful vacation I've ever had, and because Lisa makes sure everything you need is available, you don't have to worry about a thing (other than "Should we take a nap before or after lunch?" and similar pressing vacation questions). 15/10 very highly recommend.

This Inn is in the perfect location and is quintessential Oaks Bluff magic with best hosts you can find. Every little detail of the room adds to your experience right down to the natural toiletries. It’s located just on the outskirts out town so is a simple walk but you get the feel of a native. The amazing women running the Inn are right there for you needs and people you feel happy to have met on your journey. I’m recommending this Inn to all the Moms I know to take with their daughters but anyone would enjoy this one a kind experience. Refreshing! ⭐️ ♥️

I had a very nice stay , excellent customer service. Lisa is very accommodating. Close to town center , beach, ob ferry. Outdoor shower & bath products good quality, so easy ..walk from beach, dust off the sand & bathe outside . Everything you need is at Tivoli Inn. One bedroom has NO air condition & 3 fans. Air condition is a standard accommodation , Lisa should get one. Looks a bit better in person but some updates would make it a bit more comfortable. I would stay again. Oaks Bluff vibe very cool.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am happy to read you enjoyed your stay here. I do appreciate your suggestion to buy air conditioner for that one room. Unfortunately the large window with stain glass on top will not accommodate an air conditioner unit and neither will the other smaller awning window. Window air conditioner units must be able to vent out of a window. The only solution I could think of was to put 3 fans in the room for the 2 months of the year that it might be needed (July and August). Fortunately all other rooms do have air conditioners as the windows do allow for it. Since the house is a gingerbread house built in the late 1800's there is no central air conditioner and it would be impossible to install a central air conditioner system. I am happy to hear you enjoyed the shower and bath products. I love the liquid Dr. Bronner's soap as well, especially the peppermint flavor :) in the hot summer days. I agree Oak Bluffs has a good vibe with lots of charm and character.

The Tivoli Inn was a phenomenal place to stay for our July 4th vacation. Rooms were clean, our in room balcony was a huge plus, and it’s a short walk to town. There was always fresh cold water and breakfast bars in the lobby area, and the porch was a wonderful spot. Next time we stay in Martha’s Vineyard we hope to return!

My boyfriend, my parents and I stayed at Tívoli Inn to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. We loved our stay with Lisa!! Tívoli Inn is such a charming gingerbread house, so cute and clean. Lisa was very hospitable, friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect! Close to ferry on arrival, walking distance to town shops and restaurants, and the beach for sunrise. Close driving distance to hikes and beautiful sites too. Highly recommend the Tívoli Inn for your stay in Martha’s Vineyard!

Love to come to the island with my grandaughter to explore. bike, beach, paddleboard. shop and on and on . So much to do In Oak Bluffs. Lisa has always made us super comfortable,. Rooms are quaint with all you need.... We have been coming for 6 years now ......... Tivoli Inn is just perfect!!

Cute little Inn on the edge of town. Arrangements were clean and comfortable. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony and french doors. Short walk to the downtown and the beach makes it very convenient. Innkeeper Lisa was kind, helpful, and hospitable. Would love to stay here again.

It’s a quaint and charming inn with character. The innkeeper is personable and helpful. There is a bowling alley with restaurant across the street with great calamari! It’s an easy walk into town to Linda Jean’s for breakfast.

We were only a short walk to shops and restaurants, but removed enough to enjoy the peaceful laid back atmosphere of the Tivoli Inn with its gingerbread architecture and wrap around porch. We had friends and daughters coming and going and so experienced three of the rooms. All were great, but our favorite was the upstairs front room with the balcony, private bath, and extra twin bed. We hung out on the balcony looking out to a little park and at night left the french doors open to enjoy the fresh night air. During the day, we played games on the wrap around porch, chatted with other guests or simply rocked in the rocking chairs. There are fridges, bottled water, and tea bags available throughout the day and continental breakfast in the am. Hosts were friendly but pretty much left you alone. Communal living room area was comfortably furnished, felt cozy and, and would be a great place to hand out off season or in inclement weather. It's been over a year since we were there, but since there were no comments, I thought it deserved my comments. We'll definintely go back!

My daughter and I recently spent three nights at the Tivoli Inn. We really enjoyed it. Close to town, but away from the noise, 1/2 milecwalk tobthe beaches of Oak Bluffs. The owner is very nice and made us feel right at home. Beautiful outdoor shower available for guests!
