We had a very lovely stay at the inn in April. What made it especially wonderful was the incredible sea view from our room as well as from the deck outside. We celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary and we can count on one hand the places we've stayed at over the years that had a sea view. Waking up to...

We spent a weekend at the Inn and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The view from our room was great, the staff was very nice, and helpful. The room was very nice, clean, including the bathroom and kitchen areas, more than I had expected. The cost for the weekend was well worth it. We hope on going back soon for our honeymoon.

Old, dated, worn. It could have such potential. Natural wood ceilings and rustic exposed wood beams can't even hide the deplorable shape this place is in. They should renovate a half dozen units a year and make it a place worth visiting. But.... I guess if you keep it full ... Then who really gives a crap?.... Apparently not the...

Stayed at Island Inn for two nights at (D15) couples suite and this is not what we expected for $200 a night. The first night at the hotel, we did not use the linens the hotel provided because someone forgot to change them; they had a funny smell and had sand on them. Second, the box spring mattress was old...

A couple friends and I came to the Island Inn at the beginning of the summer to stay for a week. I was a bit apprehensive at first, since our small budget only allowed for what I assumed to be modest accommodations. From the minute we walked into the office to sign in, the owners were nothing but friendly and...

Nice place to stay in Martha's Vinyard. Kitchen units available, near Oak Bluffs, Edgartown and the beaches. Would recommend it to anyone. One exception however, ground floor units in G building not recommended, due to night time noise from upstrairs units.

THE ADDRESS FOR THIS RESORT IS INCORRECT!! Its on Beach Road. If you put it in your car navigation or portable navigation it will take you to a small downtown neighborhood. We were visiting the vineyard for a wedding and most of the wedding guests who stayed here experienced the same problem. We drove around in circles for about an...

As others said the decor of the room was a little dated, but the grounds were beautifully maintained. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff is very friendly, I left some belongings and they promptly mailed them to me.

We stayed in the 2BR suite which is great for a small family. Decor is a little dated esp the beige sheets and walls but it is very clean which is sufficient for me (hey it's not like I'm buying the place.). It also doesn't have the mildewy smell that a lot of places near the ocean have. Staff was...

We'll be coming back. We stayed in the "condo" - 1 and a half bedrooms, pull out couch, two flat screen TVs - full kitchen, 1 and a half baths. Two adults and 3 teen age boys stayed very comfortablly. The place is extremely clean and the staff is friendly. When you first pulled in you wondered if it was...
