A little late on this review but better late than never! We enjoyed our stay once again at Kathleen's Kottage! Kathleen and Frank are always welcoming and genuinely happy to see their guests arrive. Their home is warm and comfortable with attention to little details. Our room was spacious and immaculate as usual. The smell of Kathleen's cooking in the morning would get anyone out of bed! (love the island music too) A shout out to Frank for a beautiful yard full of flowers and plants to enjoy while relaxing on the deck. Thank you for having us, Steve and Rhonda

Kathleen and Frank are perfect hosts. The rooms are cute, clean and very comfortable. The hot breakfasts are fantastic. Feels like home away from home, especially because it is also Kathleen and Frank’s home!

Our stay at Kathleen’s Kottage was wonderful. We went over Labor Day weekend. We got to the island several hours before the official check in, but we were graciously accepted early. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable, and the shower was great. The shared patio was the best part. We spent a lot of our time at the B&B down there. We brought our little dachshund, Louie, and they were so good with him! Frank, her husband, even offered to watch him when we went on a bike ride one afternoon. The location was within walking distance to downtown, a huge park, and tons of restaurants. My fiancé and I got engaged our first night there. My best friend contacted Kathleen, who bought us a bottle of champagne, which was waiting on ice when we came back the following afternoon. Our stay was unforgettable and we will be back next time we are in MV!

We stayed here over the July 4th weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much. Kathleen and Frank made us feel at home at al times. We did not feel like we were visiting or tourists. The location is great. A short walk to downtown and to the beach. The place is quiet and peaceful. We had a double bedroom available for the three of us. The place was clean, elegantly furnished, with stylish decor. Kathleen and Frank are very resourceful in planning your day and creating a daily itinerary. The rooms are spacious, cool and equipped with plenty of amenities. The highlight of the day is of course the enormous breakfast prepared by Kathleen herself. She is an excellent baker, and a chef who takes pride and joy in making her guests breakfast. We enjoyed our breakfast everyday, arguably the best we ever had in our lives! I highly recommend Kathleen's cottage for stay in Marthas Vineyard.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Kathleen's on out visit to MV. She had a great personality and it shines in every aspect of the home! That breakfast...yum! We got to enjoy the other guests and start the day out right. Easy walk to the town center and a beautiful bike ride to Edgartown.
