We don't usually go camping but stayed here for three nights in a tent and loved it. The campsite is managed well, everything is clean and pristine, the staff was very helpful and friendly and we had everything we needed. Showers cost a quarter for seven minutes, there was drinking water available at the bathrooms, there's an adult room where... More

Darcy, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed observations and suggestions; we take them to heart. We were glad you liked our "spacious" sites and the short walk to beautiful Head of the Meadow Beach, and that your kids loved our playground so much! We hope to have you come back and stay with us again. Although... More

We stayed here three nights in July. Nice clean bathrooms and shower rooms. All the staff were super friendly and nice. I did not like the fact that we didn't get to pick our campsite, or that there were no fires or dogs allowed, but we knew this before booking. The path to the beach was really cool! So close!... Very nice quiet campground. We could hear the waves from our campsite. Half mile walk to the beach. Showers and bathroom was very clean. Showers cost a quarter but lasted quite a while. No Power except for seasonal campers. Fires are not allowed in the campground but if you get a free permit they are allowed on the beach at... More

I almost hesitate to encourage any more people to go to the crowded Cape, but North of Highland deserves much credit for being so well run. It's much neater than most US campgrounds, discourages chaos and noise and allows visitors to enjoy the beautiful setting.

Beautiful campground, clean facilities, friendly staff and quiet!! This campground exceeded all of my expectation and we are looking forward to another weekend up there later this summer. Just wish their season was a little longer into the fall.

This camping area is great if you want peace and quiet. There were lots of children around the campground but they were busy being down at the rec area. There's a path to the beach from the campground. It takes about a 10 minute walk. We had a great week.

My family has been coming to this campground for over 20 years now. Well kept with pleasant and helpful staff. Great place to tent - lots of trees. Very quiet campground. 5 minute walk to Head of the Meadow Beach. Close to Provincetown!

*Clean campground. bathrooms are cleaned twice daily, I think. This is so awesome. *The owners fill up the campground in a really nice way, keeping a buffer between you and neighbors till they have to fill neighboring sites, which is really nice. *campsites fit a big tent, big screen room, and we actually had two screen rooms. * not much... Experienced Canadian tent campers without kids. Fantastic location for exploring the outer cape. Great campsites, quiet campers (people who get it). Great showers clean bathrooms, large campsites. We would definitely come again. Distance travelers, there is a huge "stop and shop" grocery store 15 min away. If I was going again I would save packing space and buy groceries when... More

Thank you! I would definitely agree with you that most of our campers really do "get it". They enjoy the peace and beauty of this special part of Cape Cod, and are respectful of each other and the natural surroundings! More
